I came from a hospital to Bath Creek for rehab after a fractured hip. Everyone is so kind and supportive and truly so caring. So patient with my needs. I can’t wait to go home but when that day comes I will truly miss everyone here!
Pretty impressed with this place very clean and cared for. There are good and bad aides mostly good. My meemaw was happy with her stay. Overall I am happy with they care she received.
4 stars only because my grandma said the food could use improvements. Everything else was good. From her aides to therapy and even the activities she couldn't stop talking about.
Clean well run
Kelly Morris Caceres I live in NYC and having to navigate from afar for a parent is difficult. Not being able to visit prior you depend on word of mouth and reviews. Pleasantly surprised and very pleased. Facility is of quality, from the lobby, recreation room, facilities,to patients rooms. The maintenance cleaning crew does a superb job of keeping the facility immaculate. The place is immaculate the clean and the rooms are kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The receptionist at the front desk are always welcoming and warm all that work the front desk soon as you walk in you feel like you're walking into a home. The CNA s that help assist a very attentive and caring and very patient. The nursing staff is subparb and they go above and beyond All the therapist and doctors are very attentive and all the needs are provided for the patient. Administrative staff Tammy and the social worker Mackenzie and Andrew the accountant are very attentive to all of your needs that you will need while your loved one is placed in the facility. The recreational and all the recreations that go on and the personal library at all the social events and the social organizers that do it do a fantastic job. Tell the occupational therapist speech therapist physical therapist very attentive to all the needs of every patient that is received there. Not once when I visited did I hear a commotion or chaos or eruption in the hallways It was always calm cool and collected very professional. I would highly recommend this facility hands down. They did a wonderful job for my mother very patient very kind I cannot thank them enough If you're debating which place to put your loved one in I would highly recommend this is the review that you need to listen to trust me they're wonderful. Thank you for everything that you have done for my mom Kelly Morris caceres
Their lack of attention, compassion, and not contacting the appropriate people killed my grandmother. -10 do not recommend.
I pray to God that no one ever is swindled into putting their loved one here. My grandmother was in this facility and, aside from the nurse practitioner- Stacy- who was fantastic, everything else was terrible. She would go HOURS without water, my mom and I once spent over 45 minutes trying to contact the facility with no one answering the phone, there are endless more examples. But nothing compares to what we just went through. My grandmother sadly passed away 3:30 am on April 1st. My mom had asked the nurse when we needed to have her room cleaned out, the nurse said “Take all the time you need”. My mom gets a phone call early morning of April 2nd saying they PACKED MY GRANDMOTHER’S THINGS. Without any of us being present, without permission, just over 24 hours after her passing. When my Dad and I arrived at the facility that afternoon, they had things stacked up right in the lobby by the front door. As if she had been evicted. Where anyone could have accessed her belongings. I have never witnessed such a tacky, heartless, disgusting thing in my life. And when I voiced how unhappy we had been with the care my grandmother received- and our treatment after- Andrew, the business manager, said “Then why did you leave her here?” Unprofessional, heartless, and truly disturbing behavior. He said NEVER work with families of elderly, dying, or deceased patients. I have never been so horrified. This place does not care about their residents.
My father spent a few weeks at Bath Creek for rehab. In that time, after several unanswered call lights AND my mother walking to the nurses station, my father had several bathroom issues. On his last day he was transported to Summa Heath with a body temp of 30 degrees. This after a nurse dismissed him saying he was cold as “oh honey it’s just your heart”. Obviously not the case. On my last visit, I listened to a gentleman yell help for at least half an hour which was still never answered. Now my mother is just left with a bill for more days than he was there. I did call and speak with Admin still just want their money for the lackluster care he received. Highly do not recommend.
