Heather Hefren, who initially contacted me to arrange a time, has been very unprofessional throughout the process. Appointments were scheduled and then cancelled at the last minute, and it often took days to receive any response to messages. This lack of communication and reliability has made it difficult to move forward. If this is representative of how residents are treated, it raises serious concerns. I have been trying for months to schedule a visit, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. Heather Hefren, who initially contacted me to arrange a time, has been very unprofessional throughout the process. Appointments were scheduled and then cancelled at the last minute, and it often took days to receive any response to messages. This lack of communication and reliability has made it difficult to move forward. If this is representative of how residents are treated, it raises serious concerns. After three years of trying to find a place for my brother, out of nowhere came The Beechwood Home. Heather and the team saved us! Great communication from start to finish, great interview, and friendly staff! These people are doing phenomenal work for those in need, offering an abundance of much needed services. I believe they have saved my brother's life!
Very unprofessional lady as receptionist and security guard doesn’t help anyone it’s ridiculous and not appropriate always has a bad attitude security guard looks uncomfortable when you ask him a question and always has his hand on his gun like he is ready to shoot

Shady administration practices and staff, short staffed.
We've placed my daughter at Beechwood Home. She has her own room, and they provide everything for her. The staff answers within a certain time when you need them. When it's time for meals, they remind you and give you the menu. The food is great and is always freshly cooked. They have activities every day, like blackjack, magician shows, trivia, arts and crafts, music appreciation, songs and stories, pumpkin painting, and decorating. They also do conferences with the family to make sure everything is according to the care plan. They come up to the room just about every day to get her laundry.

Beechwood home originated as The Cincinnati Home for the Incurable. It's a long-term care facility for those with neurological disorders. It's one of two facilities of its type in the United States.
