As a delivery driver, I visit a lot of facilities, and this was one of the more disappointing experiences I’ve had. There was nobody at the reception desk when I arrived, so I walked inside to locate an employee for assistance. The employee I approached appeared uninterested, rolled her eyes at me, and attempted to tell me to personally deliver the package directly to the resident’s room, which is not part of my job responsibilities. I politely said that is not my job and told her to have a nice evening. As I was leaving Another staff member then began loudly yelling across the facility about having to bring the package to the resident herself. The overall attitude from staff was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. What concerned me most was how openly irritated the employees seemed about simply assisting residents. That resident paid for their package, it is the employees job to take it to their room, I’m the delivery driver and it baffled me that the employee was completely okay with me wandering the facility and trying to find a resident that I don’t even know. It left me genuinely concerned about the quality of care, resident safety, and environment the residents experience daily. Management please address professionalism, communication, and resident care expectations with staff.

We have been very pleased with the care our mom received there. Everyone from physicians, nursing staff, PT, kitchen, social worker, housekeeping were all very pleasant and attentive to her needs.
