My father had a pretty severe fall in April of 2026. He needed lumbar and cervical surgery and was hospitalized for a few weeks before he was sent to the Bellevue Care Center for their skilled nursing rehabilitation. His complex medical conditions caused many setbacks and the facility was able to provide the appropriate care accordingly. The staff is friendly. Communication to me (the POA) was consistent. They transported him to his many doctor appointments on time. The therapy department was amazing. Dad looked forward to going to the gym and doing therapy several times a week. When Medicare…

They transported him to his many doctor appointments on time. The therapy department was amazing. Dad looked forward to going to the gym and doing therapy several times a week. When Medicare sent a non coverage letter, Bobbie (their social worker) was extremely helpful with the appeal process; which we had to do 3 times and won. She was also a big help when he was finally discharged. Dad spent 115 days at the BCC and was able to go home. He will continue therapy at home and hopes to go back to a somewhat normal life. They’re calling my dad one of their greatest success stories.
I stayed at Belleville Care Center for 3 months in early 2026 and had an extremely pleasant experience. Can't comment on the price b/c insurance paid but can say that unlike some of the other local nursing homes I've been at, the staff here is attentive and treats you with respect, the facility is always clean, and the food is even surprisingly good. A+
My mother who is 86 and suffers from MS, was a resident from August to October 2025, and recovering from a severe trauma injury to her leg. I transferred her in October to another facility for the following reasons: When my mother was being lifted in the Hoyer from the her bed to the chair a male employee said to the aid "he was not trained on using the Hoyer lift" due to a lack of employee coverage he proceeded anyway, when she was being lifted the Hoyer trapped my mother. Also, my mother was told by a maintenance person that her bed was not fixable so she laid in the same bed until I got…

I found fecal matter on her toilet seat in her bathroom from the bed pan which was there for 2 days. There are multiple other concerns as well. I can only give a 1 star review which is too much for this facility!
BCC is a good facility to get good service, thev will help you thru whatever your needs are. Kind and friendly staff, nice room attendants, myself, I wouldn't have chosen any other place to start my healing process , BCC, You' re "GREAT", BE BLESSED
I have had two family members rehabilitating at the Bellevue Care Center. I found the staff to be very friendly, professional, and compassionate. The facility was clean and the food was tasty. If I had questions…the staff was always willing to listen and provide answers. I would recommend this skilled nursing facility to others.
Everyone is very nice and are taking good care of my wife !
My Mom Ethel, was a resident of the Bellevue care center, from November 2022 until May 3 2025. My Mom was treated with love & respect. There are so many really great people there. I will forever be thankful for the love & care she received while there. My Mom made so many new & dear friends & I know she was happy. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you to the awesome staff members of Bellevue care center ❤️
My friend is in Bellevue Care Center. They help with everything, his medication, and they change his clothes for him. He's on a feeding tube. They do everything for him. Some of the nurses are pretty good. They're nice. We ran into a couple of them that aren't so social. His room is pretty clean and it's taken care of. It's the nurses that messed up his medication and that's why he is in the state he is in now. They gave him too much of his psych meds and then they turned him into what he is today and we were kind of just really pissed off. They need to double-check the medication before they give it to a person so they don't overmedicate them like they did him because he's in a vegetative state now, where he can only move his eyes and that's just wrong. They need to check on the patients more often because we were there for two hours one day and they did only come in and check on him maybe twice. I went out and asked the nurse, in the condition he was in, how often somebody came in and checked on him because he couldn't contact the nurse or anything. She said, "People go in and out, check on him and everything," so that don't tell me nothing. I wanted to know how often.
