The smaller environment offers a much more home-like and one-on-one experience for the residents who live there and the staff who work there. Sarah always keeps the residents engaged in every activity and event BrightStar has. Between the Thanksgiving event, the Valentine’s Day Prom, and the Pub Crawl on St. Patrick’s Day, BrightStar has the most well thought out and perfectly executed events for all of the residents and their families to enjoy. BrightStar is the absolute best facility for your loved one. The smaller environment offers a much more home-like and one-on-one experience for the residents who live there and the staff who work there. Sarah always keeps the residents engaged in every activity and event BrightStar has. Between the Thanksgiving event, the Valentine’s Day Prom, and the Pub Crawl on St. Patrick’s Day, BrightStar has the most well thought out and perfectly executed events for all of the residents and their families to enjoy. My Father was there for a year and a half, the quality declined steadily! He passed away in [date removed] and we received no call , nothing from the head of the staff to give us any type of sympathy. We were very unhappy and disappointed at this service!! The staff was always very limited, with mostly one person available forthe entire floor, if he pushed his button, it took up to a half hour to respond. We enrolled him with high hopes, very clean and a staff we liked, they got rid of half the staff within a few months, with no explanation and we had to visit every other day to ensure he was…

We enrolled him with high hopes, very clean and a staff we liked, they got rid of half the staff within a few months, with no explanation and we had to visit every other day to ensure he was ok and getting the help he needed.
Staff was friendly and anxious to include the residents in activities. The rooms are small but had nice spacious bathrooms, a small kitchenette and ample storage space.

The management team were exceptional. They truly cared about my dad and his well being. We had unusual circumstances and they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The staff were just as great. Very patient and understanding. The facility was clean and well kept.
Brightstar has been super helpful in getting us caring and competent aides for our autistic and Down syndrome 25 year old. Over the last week Brandy Tapia has made a great start with our son! Thanks so much.
I can’t say enough great things about this community. This is the kind of place I would want my own parents at. The staff is incredible, they are always so hands on, and there is so much thought that goes into the activities and events for the residents. It warms my heart so much to see how well the residents are treated. They are so lucky to have Brightstar in their life!!
Great staff & clean facility!
I had an absolute blast hosting the Valentine's Day Prom. Michaela was a big help with setting up my area, while Sarah crafted an itinerary that was both detailed and engaging. Meeka was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I felt like part of the family throughout the event. I'm already counting down the days until I can participate again.
