Recently moved my mother here and the entire staff is amazing and caring. The office is staff is just as amazing as well, very supportive and happy to answer any questions and offer support. The facility is clean and inviting as well as being up to date on policies. It definitely gives us peace of mind knowing she is so well cared for.

After we had my brother-in-law brought here last summer in 2024 & the great care that he received I felt very comfortable having my Mom transition there from rehab (after having surgery) to Assisted Living in April 2025. My Mom still has some of her independence, but the staff are all more than happy to help her with anything that she needs. I cannot say enough good about Mason Health Care because as someone that goes to visit my loved ones it does not feel like any other Nursing Home Facility that I have ever been in. This place does not have the typical Nursing Home smells (totally serious). All the times that we have been there never feels like a nursing home. Their physical therapy area is great as well as all the activities that they do. Also, this place has lots of natural lighting throughout the building (most nursing homes are so dark & depressing) this place is not. The staff in the summer will also do activities with the residents for gardening in the summer or other activities outside depending on the season or Holiday. And the residents have a chance to interact with the community around them with the help of staff in activities that they participate in. If I could I would give this place a 10+ & I do highly recommend Mason Health Care Center for anyone who needs help with their love ones. I have no worries about the care that my Mom is receiving because the staff truly care about my Mom's experience & wants her to feel like home. All the residents that we have seen there seem very happy & enjoy being there. So again I highly recommend.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I moved my 82 year old brother here in 2024 after dealing with steadily worsening conditions and inability to work with the staff to correct issues at his last nursing home in Lebanon. At Mason I finally don't have to worry at all about how he is being cared for. All residents are encouraged to attend regular group activities and even though he doesn't walk he is gotten up daily to attend meals and activities. The last nursing facility let him lay in bed in a gown for days - not here. The amount of enrichment and attention that staffs regularly gives to all of the residents here, which is the stuff that other homes claim is beyond their charter and capability, is just amazing. Mason has figured it all out. The therapy departments seem to be very busy with all residents. Also, unlike the other places he has been at, the management and executives here actually LISTEN. I have had some issues with a few things and they don't cover up obvious mistakes, or gaslight me - interaction is extremely respectful and they move to correct what they can. My highest recommendation and a thank you to the entire staff.

Our family chose Mason Health Center for mom’s skilled nursing care after her extended hospitalization for rehabilitation. We are grateful for the care she received. From the beginning, the intake process was exceptional. Jesse went above and beyond helping us navigate insurance details and securing a room for my mom prior to her release. Her communication and professionalism made a stressful time so much easier. Michelle was equally wonderful during the discharge planning process. She guided us through every step and helped coordinate home health care services, ensuring my mom had the support she needed once she returned home. The daily nursing staff, along with OT, PT, and the aides, were consistently kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They took time not just to provide care, but to get to know mom and other residents they cared for. It truly felt like a family environment. The facility itself was extremely clean, always smelled fresh and very well maintained. My mom often complimented the quality of the food. We are incredibly thankful for the compassion, professionalism, and dedication shown by everyone at Mason Health Center. They made a challenging situation so much more manageable, and we highly recommend their care to other families.
