Overall, there have been improvements with the staff. Most do what they are supposed to. And we know who to reach out to with concerns. Cody, Erin, Brenda, Debbie, and Janisha have been an excellent help for Chris. So Thank You. Communication and listening skills with some of the staff can use improvement. An example, last fall my loved one had, he hurt his wrist and it still hurts. He knows for a fact it is the bones that are affected. He has asked multiple times to have this looked at. The doctor seemed to jump right away to his neurological disease that affects the nerves. My loved one,…

My loved one, who has had this condition all his life, knows the difference between sprains, fracture and broken bone pain and nerve pain, as he has had this all his life. I have witnessed multiple falls he has had in the last thirty years I have known him. Some people know how to hear, but not listen to him. They cut him off and talk over him. Someone tried waking my loved one up at 5:15 a.m. to get ready for a neurology appointment. Wild horses will not wake him up that early. He needs ex-rays for his bones. That is not something neurology does. He knows this. We have nothing against him seeing neurology eventually for his disability condition. But, we believe we should take care of the other first. And no one can get him up and going that early in the morning. So word to the wise, no super early appointments for him and no waking him up at 5:15 a.m. to get ready for appointments. He fell at least four weeks ago. No one is to blame for that. He stretched out too far to reach for something. He got help right away getting back up and on his bed, so Thank You. Usually, with falls with my loved one, it involves twists, sprains and fractures, bruises, and one time, broken bones. We would appreciate that this is looked at by a specialist for the bones. He has asked for someone to look into this multiple times. Not certain if this was communicated this to others. He may need a wrist brace for this. We do not know. Thank You for your time.

My mother is on the memory care side. Its ok for the most part, sometimes they are understaffed. Also there is no air conditioning on the memory care side but they air conditioning on the assisted living side. Those elderly with mental conditions should have adequate cooling like the rest of the building.

I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the treatment and care my mother has been receiving at Broadview Multi-Care Center. Over the past several days, the food being served to her has been unacceptable, both in quality and presentation. The meals look poorly prepared, unbalanced, and honestly depressing for someone who is supposed to be receiving proper care and nutrition. Even more concerning is the lack of responsiveness from staff. My mother repeatedly tells me that her requests and concerns are ignored or delayed. She often has to repeat herself multiple times or wait until an entire shift change before anyone responds to her needs. That is not acceptable for a facility responsible for caring for vulnerable people. I understand healthcare facilities can be short-staffed, but that cannot become an excuse for poor communication, lack of attentiveness, and substandard care. Families trust these facilities to treat their loved ones with dignity, compassion, and professionalism. Right now, I do not feel confident that my mother is receiving the level of care she deserves, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously before more families experience the same frustration.

I go to dialysis daily and the staff is very knowledgeable and nice to me. I have made friends and enjoy the coffee and bingo activities. Edith and mylina take great care of me. I really like living here at broadview multi care.

I have been a resident here for 9 years. I like living here, i have a lot of friends and a lot of things to do. My favorite activities are bingo, horse racing, and drumming exercise. I love Alexis from activities. I really appreciate Ron from maintenance, he is a hard worker and goes above and beyond for our building.

I have been a resident here for 2 years and I love it here. Cody the administrator and Fabian the Director of nursing are amazing young men! All the nursing staff on my unit are caring. The activities department run by Debbie Kim, Alexis and Tina are amazing and care so much about the residents here. Kia is an amazing unit manager! I love this place and this is my home

While I have been here at broadview multicare I have met a lot of good people, and made friendships. I enjoyed the Oma program and interacting with the college student. My dad and uncle visit often and always wait for hug from Kim. I really like the drumming program and coffee hour. Edith takes great care of me and the administration staff is very helpful.

We moved my mom to Broadview Muti-Care Center in November of 2025 and we have been very pleased with her care. We just had her 97th birthday party there in March. Debbie and Kim from activities set everything up for us and got the residents together. We brought in cake and ice cream for everyone. It was a very special time. We would also like to say that the nursing staff has also been great and have taken good care of my mom. Thank you everyone!
