Direct care staff and managers go out of their way to make residents feel safe, respected and cared for. They meet individual needs and provide activities/crafts that are engaging and appropriate!
My grandmother has recently took up residence here. The place is nice on the outside as well as the inside. Hoping they are taking care of her well. The staff all seemed friendly the day I visited.

My Aunt has been at Brookdale Findlay since March and she is the happiest I’ve ever seen her. All of the staff is wonderful. One standout employee is the activity director, Debbie. She is pure joy. She genuinely loves the residents and her laugh and personality is contagious. She is an absolute blast! She makes me want to move it. She is so warm, friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much for loving and caring for my Aunt Donna.
The staff at Brookdale Findlay is always friendly and welcoming. They truly care about their residents and treat everyone with dignity and respect while giving high quality care. They always have fun, engaging activities going on and the environment is extremely home-y.

Very nice clean facility. The staff sre very friendly and the special events such as the Easter egg hunt and the trick or treat events were so much fun.
