*** WARNING**** My Grandparents signed a "Lifetime Contract" with Provision. They loved the space, the people, the food, and care my grandma was receiving in memory care. Now a year later, Story Point is gutting their services to save a penny. The friendly service is gone and the food is terrible with smaller servings (On BBQ rib day the residents were served 1 pork rib). The worst part is, Story Point demanding a new contract which is $900 extra per month on his already stretched income. So much for "Lifetime Contract"... My Grandma just recently moved into this facility. I was astonished at how beautiful the building is. The host did tell me it's only a couple years old. But from the kitchens on both levels, to the light fixtures, and the paintings on the wall, everything is remarkable. Staff was friendly as well.
