If you're looking for a place for your parents, yourself, or whoever, come in and talk to Kim. You will always be great with a smile from her and she will work hard to help you with your needs and budget.

Kim is a wonderful resource as you or your family are navigating senior living options, especially in the Westlake/Bay Village area. While the community at Westlake Pointe has multiple floor plans, Kim is fantastic at finding the best fit! And beyond the apartments, there are also wonderful communal gathering spaces to enjoy!

Westlake Pointe has significantly exceeded our expectations in providing a caring, safe living space for our loved one. The staff at Westlake Pointe have been incredible. Their kindness and care are truly appreciated, and they always make sure we know what is going on. We can’t imagine a better place for our loved one.

This place is amazing, a quiet creek in the back- beautiful scenery, wildlife…. I was looking for a place for my great auntie, Joyce. I fell in love with the big rooms (one even had a loft!!), the staff was fantastic. They even did an activity outside. Everyone was really friendly and sweet. The lady that toured me (Kim) was very helpful and informative. She answered all of my questions quickly and with respect. Unfortunately, my auntie passed away before we could move in. It’s been abit but now we are looking for our dad who’s out in Seattle and won’t be able to go there.

Trying to communicate with administrators was terrible. They wouldn't return phone calls or emails. Every month I was disputing charges on our bill. The state was actively investigating when we left. My dad was struggling with losing some of his autonomy and one administrative nurse told him, "If you don't like the way we do things here, you can leave!" So, we did. Staff would sometimes enter my dad's room in the middle of the night, when there was no reason warranted. The residents collectively did not seem very happy living there.

They were extremely helpful when I needed to transition my mom quickly to assisted living. They regular staff got to know my mom and knew what was her normal and not, which was great. They had a lot of staff turnover which was a bit challenging for my mom. I had to move her to a memory/assisted care before she passed but they were doing a rate hike of $[removed]which seemed pretty steep.. It seemed all the residents and families were complaining about the food. There were some delays in delivering the food and the quality seemed to decline while she was there. I'm hoping that has changed for them. They had to get new staff in to support them.

This place I give a 0 on all subject. Due to lack of employees do not know what they are doing. Low staffing. Kitchen dining area lack of workers wait over an hour to be served. Food is either over cooked or uncooked. Areas not cleaned. Washer and dryers not working. The state and health department has been out there 6x since April. Place is non complaint on several issues of medication error. Lack of giving medications at right time.

Staff is very friendly and remember each resident They are also a dog friendly facility! I highly recommend Brookdale Gardens a Westlake.
