I recently had my husband at Burlington House and I couldn’t have been more pleased and more assured of his care. He was treated with respect and so was I. I found the staff to be compassionate and caring. And the staff came across as extremely happy and pleased with their jobs which bleeds over to the care of their patients. I found the building to be clean at all times And my husband was More than well taken care of by Not only the nursing staff and the aids but housekeeping, laundry andactivities also Every employee becomes part of their care team When it comes to the patient. I found the building to be clean at all times And my husband was More than well taken care of by Not only the nursing staff and the aids but housekeeping, laundry andactivities also Every employee becomes part of their care team When it comes to the patient. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is dealing with Alzheimer’s or dementia loved ones. And struggling with placement. I’ve been in the medical field for over 40 years and I’ve Assisted a lot of families through this process, but it’s different when you have to go through it. This company has high values and high standards That’s why when I wanted to get my husband closer to me I chose A sister nursing home to this nursing home because I wanted those standards and I wanted those values and I wanted those happy employees As well as the excellent care that my husband received
HORRIBLE FACILITY! MY FRIEND'S MOM DIED DUE TO NEGLIGENCE! COVERS UP RECORDS AND FREQUENTLY CHANGES OWNERS!
Grandmother has formed a friendship with one of the staff, Moné. Very appreciative of the care and effort they put in. This is not an easy profession and they make it a nice environment. The physical therapy staff are knowledgeable and take good care as well.
They take very good care of their patients. My grandmother is very well taken care of and has even made friends with the staff like Mone’. They have great attention to detail with each patient here.
I want to thank all the staff at the center and an extra thanks to Mone’ for all the special care and love she provides for my mom. The facility is clean, amenities and care are exceptional. I will forever be thankful .
I love the staff here, my mom Juana Munoz is a resident at this homecare facility and I am very satisfied with the care they provide my mom. Monè is amazing , she takes great care of my mom, and my mom absolutely loves her. Monè’s devoted attention goes beyond her profession. We need more Monè in this world ❤️🩹 Danielle (Moneè’s supervisor) is also awesome shows her care as well.
I would like to give a shout-out to Grace, the Social Worker at Burlington House, who went above and beyond to help my mom! She worked on getting my mom a much-needed podiatry appointment and even rode with her when there was no aide available.
The reason I am giving this place a 3 is because of the fact my husband was covered with food 2 hours after eating lunch. He had a scratch from his ear down to his cheek. They didn't treat it or attempted to clean it. I still regret not taking a picture of it. He smelled like he had sweated for a few days and he was soaked with urine in his adult pull-up. Keep in mind that this was our first visit. He is in the right place but with the wrong care. I got a call after 2 or 3 days later that, I he was dying and that he had an hour to 24 hrs to live. I broke down and called my relatives and close friends and also my minister. Then I got a call from ER saying that he didn't have any signs of dying. They said he had a slight fever and very high sodium. The Dr's also said the reason he was sent to the hospital was for his kidneys. The communication was terrible and misleading. As soon as I can I am moving him back to KY. I pray that everything's better on my next trip there. BTW I didn't get a vote for sending him there.
