If you have any questions or concerns the Director and Director of Nursing have always made themselves available to answer any of my questions. The maintenance man also makes himself available if you need something taken care of, he even took time to hang my pictures. The activities director is very caring and makes sure our activities calendar has a lot of different activities to peak everyone's interests, plus there's always snacks.. who…

I have been a resident at Burton's Ridge for just over a month now. It has been a pleasant experience. The staff here are wonderful and very caring. If you have any questions or concerns the Director and Director of Nursing have always made themselves available to answer any of my questions. The maintenance man also makes himself available if you need something taken care of, he even took time to hang my pictures. The activities director is very caring and makes sure our activities calendar has a lot of different activities to peak everyone's interests, plus there's always snacks.. who doesn't love snacks:) The food here is amazing, it is not like cafeteria food, and they provide other healthy options to pick from if you want to choose something other than the daily special. This is the first assisted living facility where I feel at home, where I have a sense of family, and I plan on making Burton's Ridge my home for a very long time.
Burton's Ridge is a great assisted living facility! The campus is beautiful and well kept! The staff is excellent, supportive and caring! My Father was initially not happy about moving into an assisted living facility, but now he loves it. His mental and physical health have improved, significantly, in a short period of time! He was lonely living on his own, but now he has daily social interaction with his new friends and the staff, and he is much happier! AL Smith
I have to say my dad loves the facility. I love the way everyone is kind to him. When I’m there I see how he is comfortable and that helps me get through days when I can’t be with him. Thanks to the staff. I’m sorry but I forget the maintenance man’s name. You are more than a fixer up guy. Thank you so much for reaching out to dad and I. Every time I see you you’re smiling and telling me how much dad means to you. You’re a gem. Love to see my dad smile.

The staff and residents are all fantastic, helpful, caring, and give a friendly atmosphere. My loved one is in a single room and it is just right for her needs. All of the amenities they have to offer are good. Would highly recommend Burton's Ridge to anyone looking for care for their loved ones.
Only been here approx. 2 months… Administrative Staff transitioning…. Currently, low on Staff(Aides)…. a handy- dandy Maintenance man..
My loved one is currently a resident at Burton's Ridge Assisted Living. The staff here have been great, friendly, caring and helpful. I have heard no complaints about the meals. They have kept the family well informed of activities, etc. The residents here really are fantastic. The atmosphere is welcoming and homey. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends!
I picked it because it was one of the few that wasn't full and because it offered a medicare waiver after a year of private pay. If a friend asked I would tell them that it is a pretty nice place in a beautiful setting.
My mother has moved into Burton's Ridge. It's been a little bit, and so far it's been very good. Everyone has introduced themselves to my mother and they've done a very good job of meeting her needs and taking care of her. My mother has been very positive about the food. They have quite a few activities. They have a little bit of everything for different interests. My mother has participated in a couple of things, but she has very restricted eyesight, so things like bingo or cards just aren't possible. My mother's room was very clean when we moved in; no problems and no issues at all. She's very comfortable there. The room sizes are just about what you would expect. The place is clean and beautiful. The dining room is nice, the meeting rooms are nice, and the rec area and activity area are very nice. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. They offer transportation, but we haven't been able to take advantage of that. My mom has a doctor's appointment in a couple of weeks, so we should be able to.
