3.2 · 33 reviewsMy family had a great experience with CareCore during a difficult time. The nursing staff was kind, attentive, and truly cared about my father’s recovery. The therapy team was amazing and played a big role in helping him regain his strength. Their marketing/admissions representative met me at the hospital and made the placement process simple and stress-free, which I really appreciated. My father was there for therapy and is now back home. We’re very grateful and would definitely recommend CareCore. Thank you to their amazing team!
Don't work well with people who have learning disabilities.they need training,don't let anyone put you in a nursing home before it's your time, or age
Sounds like my kind of place another place to get abused another place to be amused the thing is would you really want to help me I have been through a lot of abuse the past 8 months I don't need no more and we all know and so do you as a director or a nurse what goes on behind closed doors

Very poor place to live. DO NOT leave your family here. They let my husband out to smoke in the early morning and left him outside in what felt like 19° weather for over an hour. My husband died at their facility but because he was a full code they called ems and he was taken to LMH. No one but the aides did CPR on him. The nurses would not initiate CPR. As a nurse that is your job. They have tried to cover it up, forging his signature, getting rid of evidence. This place is not suited to take care of humans. I would leave my pet at this facility. Larry was in his right frame of mind, he had an electric wheelchair. He went the for therapy to get stronger and ended up dying there. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOURLOVED ONES!!! #JUSTICEFORLARRYHOUSE
Extremely, poorly managed. I feel sorry for the patients trapped inside this place. I will be calling the state of Ohio to investigate the “care” that is being administered. I have lots of pics to prove the poor care that is being practiced at this place.
This place is a disaster! My family member called me, and told me she was on the floor. I had to call the facility to let them know she was on the floor. She was sent to the hospital because she was hurting, and once she was checked out they said she had a broken rib. Idk who is dropping the ball at this place but someone needs to find out what the root of the problem is! This place is going to be going out of business if this kind of help continues. Good luck if you're thinking of putting a family or friend in there.
The staff here are the most amazing and caring people Stephanie puts her heart into her care would recommend this building to anyone
