2.8 · 67 reviewsI would give this place NO stars…. It’s dirty, the care is beyond horrible… they missed 4 doses of my dad’s blood thinner which sped up his death. The hospital said missing one dose could have been deadly… i wish With everything i have We found some way to get him anywhere else. But thankfully when he was on hospice we got to take him home to die with us…. No one deserves to be in this place it needs shut down and all the residents need to go elsewhere. They don’t pay attention if you need thick liquids. It’s all the way around horrible… we have been to distraught to take any action at all…

Don’t send your family member here administrator to nurses don’t care about they residents it’s n never no clean linen or wipes no supplies to clean residents the facility is dirty and they have bugs somebody need to call the health department mold in the residents bathroom nobody helps with nothing they are rude as well I would not go back here
TERRIBLE. LAZY AIDES, DISRESPECTFUL ADMINISTRATION, WEIRD/TOUCHY RESIDENTS!!!!! DO NOT WORK HERE.

I have been in several facilities over the years, this is the first I saw with a true open door policy, Matt's door is almost always open during business hours, many residents just hang out just for conversation
If this is where I'll go when I'm old just pull the whole plug even if my chance of survival is 99% just let me go, take me now lord just don't take me to carecore at meadows 😭😭😭
Since I've been living here, they've always been playing loud music at all times of the day and night. I am sure the residents aren't getting any rest with all this bumping of the music. I wouldn't recommend my loved ones stay here for care if they want to get decent rest.

This place is horrible & horrific!!! My son is there, and we are looking for a new place for him to go ASAP!!! Unexplained injuries and bruises, his room is horribly unkempt. Dirty dishes and old food in his room. Poop on his toilet for days and days. He’s left in the same clothes for days, not showered, teeth caked with plaque on food. I wish I could post the pictures in this review. Terrible food, and this place reeks of feces and urine. Nursing staff unhelpful and resistant to actual care of patients. Cell phone use is more important. They say they have regular stimulating activities….. Lies !!! If you love your loved one, don’t even consider this place. It’s absolutely terrible, and inhumane. They don’t care to the core. Everything in their advertising seems to be proven as lies and deception.
