I had the pleasure to visit this living community as we provide dental services. I must say the staff here are really nice and very helpful. One staff member who stood out was Julie at the front desk. She made the visit so pleasant and was very helpful. She advocated for residents to be added and seen by our dental team which displayed her love and care for the residents. Julie I would like to give you a huge shout-out for your help and making us feel very welcomed. We look forward to servicing your living community again. Kind Regards.
I was very impressed at how attentive the staff was to Eve’s care. The greeting staff was very helpful. The security was good.
This is our fourth time with Mother at CareCore. They remembered her and us. Very responsive and respectful. Thank you for taking care of her.
Nice place
My 83 yr old mother with dementia, fell and needed rehab. After being in the hospital for 5 days, we were given a list of rehab centers to choose from. My husband and I researched them and found Willowood. We liked the reviews, the locale, and that Medicare was accepted. She spent her days in a wheelchair while doing rehab with the physical therapists. After learning that she wouldn’t be able to go home, since she needed 24 hour care, we decided to have her become a permanent resident. We made the right choice. The care she received at Willowood was beyond our expectations. She was treated with such respect - as if she was their own mother. The staff was very patient, kind, and professional. My father and I were there everyday with her. We got to know most every staff member - including the administrators- and we called each one by name. They also treated me and my father very well. They always greeted us with smiles and we shared stories and laughter. My mother was clean; her laundry was done everyday; she ate very well and the personal interactions the staff had with her was so comforting to us. Unfortunately my mother died, but she died peacefully in her sleep. Even tho she wasn’t home, she left this earth surrounded by love. When we went to pick up her belongings, the staff working that day came to us to share their condolences. They too felt the loss, even after just 3 months of knowing her. They cried as we hugged and their comforting words touched our hearts. We were very lucky, blessed and grateful to have found Willowood.
As a nurse instructor bringing students for clinicals, I’ve had a consistently positive experience. The staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in both resident care and student learning. My students are always treated with respect, and they’ve gained valuable hands-on experience under the guidance of knowledgeable and supportive staff members. The facility is well-maintained, and the atmosphere reflects a strong commitment to compassionate, quality care. The receptionist Julie was very nice and helped with numerous things .
Run down and very dirty inside. I am a nurse who picked up a shift via agency. The staff and residents are great..however they deserve way better. Owners should be ashamed of themselves.
Julie and LaToya were very kind and welcoming whenever I visit my friend.
