My mother urgently needed employment records and one pay stub for a disability application related to a serious medical emergency for my baby sister whom was diagnosed with Wilms Tumor . Despite multiple calls over several days, we were repeatedly transferred to voicemail, given the runaround, and never received the promised callback. When someone finally returned the call, they were dismissive, interrupted repeatedly, and said our request was "the least of their concerns," even after the urgency of the situation was explained. If I could give zero stars, I would. My mother urgently needed employment records and one pay stub for a disability application related to a serious medical emergency for my baby sister whom was diagnosed with Wilms Tumor . Despite multiple calls over several days, we were repeatedly transferred to voicemail, given the runaround, and never received the promised callback. When someone finally returned the call, they were dismissive, interrupted repeatedly, and said our request was "the least of their concerns," even after the urgency of the situation was explained. The interaction with the HR manager and receptionist was unprofessional, insensitive, and lacked basic compassion. To the point where my sister’s medical doctor (oncologist ) had to get involved and speak to someone directly at this facility. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Based on how my mother and sister were treated during a medical crisis, I would not recommend this facility.
It's beautiful. It's spacious. Be careful. Watch. Be present. Ask questions. Question staffing. If it doesn't fit for your loved one, change it.

My mom has been staying in the Danbury, Brunswick for 2 days now. The staff has been wonderful and welcoming. They greet my mom by her name and are very friendly. My mom says she is very happy there. Working with Sara S. was a very comforting experience and she is very helpful. (and patient :)) I would recommend the Danbury Brunswick location.
Great tour. Friendly staff. Very clean! Sara was extremely helpful with all of the info she shared about the community, and most importantly has amazing follow up. The overall price was a little high four our budget and the community tried all they could to find ways to make it work out financially. It was just as little too high for us in such a quick and unexpected timeline. We were needing something asap with a very limited budget. Since we ended up In a sister community, when more extensive care is needed, it will be an easy transition without added costs for moving in. Great community! Great staff!
Had the opportunity to tour Danbury in Brunswick. It was a great experience. Sarah was very helpful and answered all of our questions including those we didn’t know to ask. The facility is beautiful, and you can tell they take pride in not just the aesthetic but also how they care for their clientele. Everyone we met was kind and helpful.
We First sat down with Gloria. She was very attentive to our situation and what our needs were. She had a high level of understanding of what our future plans for our mom were. Was also very empathetic
