I don't have anything all "good" to say about this place. Residents are responsible for their own snacks; unlike MOST OTHER FACILITIES! Activies? What activities? This placed added 11 new meds to my mom regiment with a one week period. She had just seen her Neurologist and PCP a few days prior. Why and how? When she was removed we contacted both doctors and they more or less both said "WHAT THE HELL???!?!" The staff is either VERY incompetent, or they lied to my family. The total is at the beginning of July my mom did not qualify for Medicaid; which was required for her to be placed here.…

When she was removed we contacted both doctors and they more or less both said "WHAT THE HELL???!?!" The staff is either VERY incompetent, or they lied to my family. The total is at the beginning of July my mom did not qualify for Medicaid; which was required for her to be placed here. Well... It's now the end of August and my mom is in a different facility and Medicaid is paying 100% of it. She can also have a snack from the kitchen whenever she wants one. She doesn't have to go to a vending machine and pay for it. At one point during my mom's 7-Day stay here the staff told us we had to have a meeting. The meeting was held in my mom's room which was also occupied by another resident.. any information that should have been protected by HIPAA. Was not! I asked for the meeting to stop and took the director and the admissions person into the hallway and complained loudly. The meeting ended at that point and my mom was removed the next day. Keep looking! If you do not like your relative moves in here. If you love them and want them taken care of keep looking!!!!! MANY other places that we checked into appear to be far better than this one.

DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!!! the staff no matter what shift they have on do not care or want to help you. The wait on the nurse call button easily wait time is over an hour. The clothes you bring your loved one to wear while they are there will get stolen and will be put on other residences the next day. The food they provide isn't cooked, warm or even decent to look at. The physical therapy last two minutes and no one is even at the reception desk to check in so anyone can just come in no problem and they barely bathe or change the patients so the aroma of fecial matter and urine is…

Its a very sad living cementary avoid at all costs

Older Building, built in the 80's. Worn Hand rails from many years of use. PT, OT, SLP available for Rehabilitation Patients. Worn older building but you will find the Staff very Accommodating! I've actually seen Ryan the Director there, hosting the weekend ☕ coffee for residents in the morning. 🌄 Chef Brandon and Dietician Leah check Allergies and preferences on each patient. Chef Brandon actually checks back with patients to see how they are enjoying the food and what can be tweaked to make it more enjoyable. I have sampled the food and it's delicious! I have been surprised by this facility. Near to home in Chardon, I could visit my loved one every day, that was the best feature.

Never any staff after 5 and what staff is here during the day dont do anything but talk to eachother place is a negligence case waiting to happen take your loved ones anywhere else for there safety and care

I wouldn’t bring my dog to this place.

Nice place but under staff like everywhere

This place is a complete joke I had a family member here that was not treated properly

This place is HORRIFIC!!! DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. The place Is FILTHY. THE SMELL IF URINE FILLS THE HALLS. They do not care. They will have meeting with you and promise to address issues they do not address them. Some of the staff Mike, Chris etc. are indeed saints. The rest Eric is the worst offender. This place is borderline elder abuse. Average response time when you hit the call button 45 mins to an hour 15 mins. They all are hanging out at the station but can't be bothered to come to a room. They do not take concerns seriously. They do not take cleanliness seriously, they will not deliver your love ones medications on time or sometimes not at all. And their favorite answer is " nothing can be done to rectify what happened so let's move forward." They will not clean the rooms or empty the garbage. Soiled linens line the halls. The place should be investigated. The way the speak to residents is highly unprofessional. They do not treat people like people. I know it's a business but come on man. Would you treat YOUR PARENTS this way? I think not. Please look at other facilities if you care about the people you are looking for a place for.
