4.8 · 112 reviewsWe really appreciated the small size and warmth of the community and staff. The staff are invested in caring for their residents and we really felt that. Our family felt very welcomed. The pretty outdoor seating area and large trees make for a green, peaceful environment.
Chippewa has an amazing staff and an amazing Executive Director. It is run with strong culture that you can feel as you walk through the building and see how comfortable and happy the residents are. No wonder it is hard to get a unit here.
I've lived at Chippewa Place for almost 5 years now and it was the best decision I have ever made. I have so many new friends, participate in activities on the regular, and Alison the Director with all of her staff have brought me so happiness.

Nice well kept property!
Came in to Chippewa Place to tour for my loved one that is looking to downsize in living. The tour of the establishment was phenomenal, so clean and such a beautiful property all together. The rooms are very spacious, and I love that there is little activity rooms for the residents to get together. The front office staff was also AMAZING! As soon as I entered, the front office staff Sarah & Maddy were so welcoming and bright with smiles! Alison did our tour and she was so detailed and friendly really making our experience wonderful! Would highly recommend looking into Chippewa Place!
