4.8 · 8 reviewsMy father moved into Jennings in June 2024 and has nothing but good things to say about Jennings. The food is great, the staff is so nice and everything is so clean!! The rooms are spacious and the apartments are very bright. It is a relief knowing your loved one is safe and happy. It was definitely the right move for my father.
My mother moved into Jennings Brecksville 6 months ago. I cannot be more pleased we chose Jennings for her! I have only great things to say about the staff and the facility. The nurses and aids care about my mom's wellbeing...you can tell that they view their job as a vocation and are committed to caring for elderly. The chef is awesome and kitchen staff make sure my mom is well fed. Bingo, happy hour, salon, bible study, clean facilities...she feels cared for and it has become her home. I am at peace....thank you team Jennings!
I recently moved a customer into Jennings (actually his daughter had hired me). I was very impressed with this facility. Very spacious all around, the rooms are very large, and the employees were extremely gracious. And my customer said she and her dad very much enjoyed their first meal there.

I’m A HHA , I Went In To Be With One Of Their Residents While Her Family Was Out Of Town For A Little Over A Week & I Can Honestly Say That This Facility Is By Far The Best Facility I’ve Went To & Worked In . Each & Every Staff Member & All Departments Play A Big Role In Making Sure The Residents & The Facility Are Well Taken Care Of . I Highly Recommend If You Are Looking For A Place To Send Your Loved One This Facility Is The Place To Go .
My mom is going to be moving into Jennings at Brecksville. The place was very bright, clean, warm, and inviting. The rooms were good size and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They had a salon, a dining room, a community room with various activities, and a chapel. They have exercise class and cards. They do outings where they take the residents out, and they take them to church. It has both assisted living and independent living.
Generally speaking my mom is happy and looked after most times. There’s time when she did not get a meal. Thank goodness a sibling was around to speak up. Mom was sick with a bad cold one day and did not go to lunch. Nobody brought her a meal. Mom is board on weekends. Activities are rare. They have very nice and friendly employees. Maybe they don’t have enough help?
