Administrator and DON are amazing! This building is a great place to send your loved ones! Great staff! Clean Building! Great Care!
Extremely Unprofessional, filthy, and incompetent are just a few words that come to mind. One single phone line that you were lucky to get anyone to answer. When/if someone answered they were completely Unprofessional. I always felt like I called a private residence. My loved one was only there for 5 days because her status kept her from being accepted anywhere else and ended up back in the hospital on day 5. I refused to send her back and she felt fearful to return there.

Concord Care Center of Cortland is a family oriented environment that will make you feel “at home”. The staff is caring and will treat you as their own family member!
Such a Beautiful facility. I love the scenic outdoors. Amazing staff such a great experience!
Very few of nurses cares. You could turn light on and be 45 min to hour or more before anyone would come. Or would come and shut light off and they tell you be right back, then never come back. I had to go there twice. Was not pleased with care.
Had a good experience. Thanks to all of the staff especially Diane Stetson. Love you all. Gonna miss you all. You guys were a blessing to me. Once again thanks much.
