I am very grateful for the staff. The nurses and orderlies were very cordial, therapy staff were great! I am very appreciative for all Concord has done for me! I have no complaints about my stay here!

My sister has been at Concord Care Center of Sandusky for almost 5 years. The facility is smaller but has a wonderful caring staff who treats the residents like family. I visit my sister 2 times a week and she seems very content living there.
I just started working with Concord Care Center and it has been a great experience! What I appreciate the best is the way I’ve staff interact with the residents. It is wonderful to see this!

Majority of staff is incompetent, unprofessional and cares nothing about the residents. Exactly what one would expect in a facility of this caliber. Genuine pride in the facility is nonexistent. The leadership is incompetent trash. It’s basically a low rent money machine for the investors.This negative review is not born from anger but from my real world observations. I call it as it is. Do yourself or your loved ones a favor and investigate other facilities.
