4.0 · 26 reviewsExceptional rehab or long term facility. Mother in law has been here for 5 years. They get alot of awards for recognition. Always looks beautiful on the outside for each of the holidays.
They have an exceptional TNSA working in the front of the building. Probably the best that ive ever seen. Great place for family!
Very good services and excellent care givers! Q was very helpful and nice. Would recommend to everyone!

As a resident of Concord Ridge. I can’t say enough good things about Beth and her staff. They take excellent care of me. They address all my concerns and needs in a timely caring manner. I’ve been in other nursing homes, which couldn’t come close in their care to what I get at Concord Ridge. Everyone at Concord Ridge goes above and beyond in their caring of me. I would highly recommend them to anyone that might need to go into a facility such as this one Thank you for everything that you do Tony Berzin
Staff has been amazing with my father-in-law's needs and care. Building is very clean and has a nice atmosphere! When issues arise they are fast to handle all concerns.

Absolutely wonderful building! I had a family member here for end of life care, and the compassion of all the nurses and aides is unmatched. They took great care of him, as well as the rest of our family during this time of need. Huge thank you to the entire team!
