I would recommend this place for rehab. Everyone was very nice and professional. Therapy department excellent. Friendly staff. Very clean. Different activities daily so you can meet the other residents.
I'm doing my field study for college here and I've really enjoyed my experience. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. I've had the opportunity to learn a lot while seeing firsthand how much the staff cares for the residents. My experience here has also made me realize how significant social workers are and the difference they make every day. My great-grandma also lives here, and my family has always appreciated how well she is treated and cared for. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Im giving 5 stars to my Dad's nurses. They caught his pneumonia early and sent him to the hospital. Within 24 hours of treatment he was much, much better. Their quick action Saturday was why he was able to come back to his room today. Thank you for your care and kindness.
Highly recommend this facility! The nursing staff and therapy team provided great care and truly treated my grandfather with respect. Everyone was caring, and focused on helping him recover. Thanks to their hard work and support, he was able to get home. You can really tell the nursing team work together to create a great environment.
My sister has been here about 6-8 weeks. Staff are excellent. Administration seems accessible and easy to speak with. Very satisfied.
If i could give 0 stars i would. they are extremely neglectful and avoidant to their residents. it’s heartbreaking because it’s peoples families hear. I DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL. PLEASE DONT SEND YOUR PEOPLE HEAR.
My father was cared for at Covenant Village, and I am grateful for the compassion shown to him and our family. The nursing team treated him with such kindness, dignity, and respect, which brought us incredible comfort during the hard time. The therapy team was also wonderful patient, and truly invested in his care. Knowing he was surrounded by people who cared meant everything to us. I highly recommend Covenant Village.
