Unfortunately I had The misfortune of being here for one week I had to call 911 just to get out! The ladies in housekeeping Mary, Cheryl ,Tuesday, one of the nurses and one of the aides are amazing ! As for the rest of the staff it is shameful the way they conduct themselves. Patients are ignored and disrespected patient call lights beep and flash day and night and left unanswered for long periods of time, not because the staff is busy caring for someone else but because they are busy playing on their phones eating or gossiping about each other and the patients. The condition of the building itself is disgusting The courtyard is nasty llittered with cigarette butts . trash , broken outdoor furniture. dead plants and busted up concrete. Going in and out requires a lot of strengths and or assistance, it is not handicapped accessible you have to ram your wheelchair or Walker into the door multiple times to get it open and often get caught in between .
Nurses are disrespectful there pure disgusting bullies and do not treat patients with care and dignity they punish them by not giving them medication on time properly and starving patients that are unable to talk please invest on installing cameras in the room if you must put your family there
It’s a small facility decent staff and cool residents
WHAT A DIRTY PLACE
Atrocious nursing staff, they are extremely rude to ems staff bringing their patients back. I can only imagine how they treat their patients. We did their job, cleaned and made the bed, then a nurse freaks out and goes on a tantrum because we reached for alcohol wipes to clean our cot. Was like some weird power trip she tried to have, we did not entertain it and we left.
Awful.
Not inside because of pandemic
My grandma has been here for a while now. I’ve always appreciated the friendly staff, they’re always willing to go the extra mile. The one thing I would like to note that separated them from others when looking originally was it is very clear, they go above and beyond when it comes to cleaning. My grandma actually jokes that she thinks they do more cleaning than any other activity there. Overall awesome experience highly recommend
