Crossroads is an amazing facility that we were thrilled to have our mom live at. As a RN, I was selective as to where she went for assisted living and we couldn't have been happier with our choice! Super clean, home like atmosphere, wonderful, caring, pleasant staff, home cooked meals and lots of activities. She was so happy there! Rooms were large, they kept us very informed of her status. I recommend them to everyone I know.
I had an in-person tour at CrossRoads at Beaver Creek. I like that it's assisted living and that it's an individual apartment-type facility with over 60 rooms that have a private bathrooms with a shower. The residents can bring their own furniture and decorations and make it more like their home; that was the biggest thing for me. It wasn't a hospital like feeling to it; it was more homey. There are three levels of care pricing. There is a doctor that comes once a week and a podiatrist that comes on site. The person who took me around was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very patient.…

The person who took me around was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very patient. She was not the administration person. She had to fill in the person that handles the tour, but she did a great job. The facility itself was amazing. They are going to do an addition starting next month and put in a courtyard. They have grassy areas. There is a safe seating area right at the entrance that's separated from the driveway. Residents sit there, but they will be putting in a courtyard.
Absolutely amazing staff and facility. They are super friendly and care deeply about their patients. Beautiful, clean rooms and common areas. Lots of activities and amenities. Highly recommend!
My mother-in-law is now at CrossRoads at Beaver Creek. It is all in one floor, so she doesn't have to use an elevator and that's very nice. The halls are wide; the traffic is easy. Her room is very generous. She has her own bathroom with a seated shower. They have a nice dining room facility. Everything is relatively new. It opened not long ago. It is very nice. I'm very happy for my mother-in-law. It seems very good. I haven't heard of any complaints with the staff. They are very responsive. We are having problems with my mother-in-law falling. She took a fall in the bathroom and they immediately had her checked into a local hospital. They were very attentive. My mother-in-law gets her medication faithfully and she is eating three meals a day. She is actually gaining weight because she is eating regularly now. I think they're doing a great job. They have a lot of activities, but my mother-in-law doesn't necessarily participate. I wish that she would and maybe after she adjusts to the environment, she will be more inclined to try that. They have games and music. They have different activities going everyday. My mother-in-law has made friends so she has not been reclusive. However, she is not happy with the food. She doesn't like the fact that they don't season anything (according to her). Nevertheless, I think CrossRoads at Beaver Creek is a great value.
This place did an amazing job taking care of my grandmother with alzheimers. I work as a nurse in an acute care setting and know how difficult it can be especially when it involves your loved ones who no longer remember who you are or who they themselves are anymore. From day one when my family desperately needed them they were there and called us with any concerns. Unfortunately the day has come after being there over a year in assisted living and she has to move on to a new level of care due to her decline that comes from the disease process. They kept her emotional and physical needs a priority when her family no longer could provide the 24 hour care she needed. Kel & the crossroads team did an exceptional job in an unfortunate situation and became her new family in a lost world that she thankfully did not have to navigate alone. Even though the next level of care means she is heading closer to leaving us we know she would have been happy with her care if she could say so herself. Thanks Crossroads! Highly recommended! Very clean with all the comforts of home and more! Locked unit for alzheimers patients with an outside area as well. Quality is top notch with the appearance of a hotel and never once noticed an offensive odor!
Its pretty bad you guys are true north for Alzheimer's and Dementia and didn't want to take care of grandfather. Always calling everyday saying he did this he did that. Ridiculous! The nurse Kelly always wanted him out! She's very unprofessional and disrespectful! Always rude! Wanted to ask personal family questions then tell other employees! Girl's back there were always sitting on the couch. Always on their cell phones and having their credit cards out while on their phone's! Ridiculous! There was only one that would help my pap. The rest didn't do much for him. This place reminds me of high school with a bunch of drama! This was supposed to be a great place with professional employees to take care of your loved one. I would say after the time he was there I would disagree that it was terrible! All they care about is a pay check and which other family had more money to stay there vs taking care of my grandfather.
Such a beautiful place!!
