after my 2 week stay there, I can tell you with certainty that anyone giving this place a 5 star review is either a bot or out of their minds. Staff would take 30 minutes or more to respond to the call button, the light above my bed had no way to turn off/on maintenance was told the first day and I was informed part needed ordered so checking back a week later, he said he had not got around to order it There was a problem with the sink the first day so maintence came in got the water flowing and a brown liquid came out, about an hour later nurse came in with meds and poured a cup of water…
after my 2 week stay there, I can tell you with certainty that anyone giving this place a 5 star review is either a bot or out of their minds. Staff would take 30 minutes or more to respond to the call button, the light above my bed had no way to turn off/on maintenance was told the first day and I was informed part needed ordered so checking back a week later, he said he had not got around to order it There was a problem with the sink the first day so maintence came in got the water flowing and a brown liquid came out, about an hour later nurse came in with meds and poured a cup of water from same sink so I could take them. The bed was never changed unless multiple requests were made to do so. The food was aweful, no sugar free (I and many others are diabetic) no fat free for those watching their weight, as a matter of fact everything was floating in margerine or creamed, everything was oven fried, choices when you opted out of their entree of the day was always the same... hamburger on a bun, hotdog on a bun, grilled cheese or baked potato, seldom saw a veggie never saw a fresh fruit. Their Idea of a fruit was cranberry juice cocktail {sugar water} The closest I came to a veg was iceburg llettuce with a few carrot strips and purple cabbage. Every meal was extremely carb heavy and after months of making an attempt to get my weight down to get needed surgery, I gained somewhere between 11 to 17 pounds. The building itself is falling apart and very depressing. The only positive was the activity staff who were kind and did run some things to do to get your mind off of the rest of the deplorable conditions.
The nursing staff is great.
From what I was just shown, I’m very disappointed in this place- they put the food tray down beside him while he was resting… beside a full urinal of pee… and walked out of the room… I mean really?? Maybe the ombudsman should be contacted… not to mention they left him with fecal matter on himself after he fell…
You are getting a five-star rating from me today! Thank you so much, to the team for their quick and observant, attention to a patient that could not speak up for himself. I truly appreciate all that you do.
Thanksgiving dinner with my sister was delicious and everyone was very kind and helpful.
Great care of my dad
My husband's health is improving, the staff work with smiles on their faces, and I feel he's in good hands when I go home. They are definitely on their game.
Very nice welcome please
