My mother was a resident for over 15 years. In the past year, she has needed a lot more support from the nursing staff and they not only over delivered but were so kind and compassionate. The front desk, security, activities director and even the physical therapist were all so accommodating. When mom started to outgrow the ability to live independently, the staff made our family feel they would do whatever it took to help her stay safe. Medical care at home was a lifesaver. My mother moved in mid october. The reviews were very good. Since she's been there, the place has been very good to my mother and the employee were even better! Thank you for making this transition in her life.So much more enjoyable!

Terrific people! Always a smile at the front desk and throughout. Always someone to lend a hand and friends to have dinner with. Good food!

the food was fresh flavorful and delicious!!!!

Clearly, people are being deceived. There have been multiple lawsuits in other states against the Rosenberg family- Jonathan and Esther. Also many citations of thr NJ facilities for being under standards. They happily took about $50k of my dad's money and couldn't even feed him a can of beans. The food is disgusting. On weekends, the trash is overflowing and no one even cooks on Saturday morning- claiming it is Shabbas even for non Jewish staff. Not sure what the excuse is on Sunday. The promised laundry detergent in thr machines was empty for months. A power socket died in his unit, he asked multiple times to get it fix, then he gave up and used an extension cord, then fell on it and had to go to the er thanks to a gash on his head. He had a ministroke from the abysmal diet and they didn't get him to a hospital until 25 hours later, because they were more interested in reprimanding his behavior. We were constantly told they were working on a no- cholesterol diet and then that I wouldn't find anything different elsewhere (which we did immediately) The ceiling leak had black mold. Kitchen disposal didn't work for the whole year. When he left, they begged him to stay after all the plans were laid...promising to change. And then said they would see about returning some $- another lie out of the mouths of greedy business people- so we paid the full $4100/ month when he was there 10 days ands didn't ever dare to eat lunch or dinner. I hope the state of ohio sues the Rozenburg/rosenburgs. They are pure greed, lies, and senior abuse. And take 1 look at the parking lot and ask how many people broke bones. There are cigarettes all over the campus from the droves of caretakers that literally do nothing but stare at their phones all day. Just totally pathetic. THE TRUTH WILL ALWAYS FIND A WAY! Do not sent your loved ones here unless you want them die prematurely, get nickeled and dimed, or eat garbage so that everyone else can chose between steak, chicken, or fish but the culinary people give excuses that vegan is too complicated for a rabbit to figure out how to make it kosher. JUST ENDLESS LIES, FRAUD, AND Neglect that cost my dad 2 emergency room visits and he lost a lot of weight but still had his cholesterol skyrocket. What a total death trap. We had such high hopes and eventually got tired of listening to empty promises and the flat out lies that they cared about his well being. Shame on you Rosenburgs. The once famous Menorah Park is dead and buried with no hope of resurrection under their ownership.

I recommend Deer Creek Lodge as a pleasant place to live for many reasons. It's beautiful grounds are well kept and peaceful. Upon entering the building you are kindly greeted. The staff is genuinely caring, compassionate and helpful. Their bus service is available seven days a week and will take you to appointments and shopping as needed. The Life Enrichment department is excellent,! There are a variety of activities offered all day everyday. They plan outings to concerts, restaurants and other places of interest. There are ice cream socials, happy hour, daily exercise, arts and crafts, speakers and live entertainment and much more. The nursing staff helps tenants in a variety of ways throughout the day and has staff on duty at night. The dietary department caters to the needs of all the tenants. They offer selections for everyone, from a regular menu to vegans selections to special needs. Housekeeping and maintenance do their best to keep things in order.
