If I could give a 0 I would! This place is terrible. This place has had bedbugs for months and the owners are not doing anything about it. My mother has been getting bitten up for the last 3 months This is ridiculous. The staff is thin overnight it’s only one Aid working through the night. The DON doesn’t do a good job and she doesn’t have any answers when asked questions. When I’m there visiting my mother I never see her (The DON) walking the halls or being engaged with the staff or the residents! The aids are always using in profanity . The bathrooms are dirty. My mother room has not been…

If I could give a 0 I would! This place is terrible. This place has had bedbugs for months and the owners are not doing anything about it. My mother has been getting bitten up for the last 3 months This is ridiculous. The staff is thin overnight it’s only one Aid working through the night. The DON doesn’t do a good job and she doesn’t have any answers when asked questions. When I’m there visiting my mother I never see her (The DON) walking the halls or being engaged with the staff or the residents! The aids are always using in profanity . The bathrooms are dirty. My mother room has not been cleaned for months also. House keeping doesn’t do a good job and only pulls trash. I’m very disappointed and I will be contacting state about all of it including the bed bugs. Something has to be done. The food they are served is like feeding little children they don’t have any hot food or full meals. State will be getting called. Update: I don’t wanna reach out and call that number. I wanna talk to the owners of the building. I want the owners to go in and inspect the building and figure out what to do about them bed bugs because residents are being bitten up and the DON is aware and isn’t doing anything about it .
Shawn shows genuine compassion in every interaction—always greeting residents with a smile, responding promptly to their needs, and treating them like family. I’ve personally seen him take extra time with my loved one, making sure they were comfortable and emotionally supported.

All of the staff are smiling , warm and welcoming. I cannot think of a better community for my mom. Everyone made us feel like family. I want to extend a Thank You to Shawn he is so wonderful and personable he is very kind and helpfull in so many ways.

Just started working at the villas at king David handling admissions/marketing. The care they have for their residents and families is impressive! I was a social worker by trade for many years so I know how important it is for loved ones to feel the comfort and security by having someone other than themselves care for their loved one. The villas has changed in so many ways since the new owners have taken over. It has become a safe haven for so many and a crutch to lean on. If you're looking to move mom, dad, a grandparent, aunt, or uncle; I'd love to schedule a tour and show how meaningful the villas can be! Just call and ask for Gina Marco. They have lovely studios and one or two bedroom suites to make anyone feel at home! We're only a phone call away 😊
