3.2 · 25 reviewsMore of a prison than a care facility. Used to have a bus to take residents out for groceries, doc appts, etc. They lost that. Problem with bed bugs because staff won't take the time to check rooms. Horrible place.
Clean friendly residents and staff
I gave it one star the rent is fare but it is mandatory that you have to pay services fee of 225 dollars to be use for house cleaning 100 dollors a week, laundry every week pay.40 dollars a week.full meal program 275.00 now I don't need house keeping i am able to do it my self. Laundry i can go to another laundry mat and do it a lot cheaper then paying 40 dollors a week what a rip off and I cant get over paying your rent and making you pay for stuff I don't need oh I can do my own cooking

Really nice facility with friendly staff. Went to visit my uncle and was very impressed with the cleanliness and ease of finding his apartment.
My brother lived here a short time before falling ill & spending the last 3 weeks of his life in UH Elyria. From my observations, ERC is clean, helpful staff, & a safe environment. If ever I'd move again, ERC is 1st on my list! I'm 67 now & thankfully still doing good on my own!

They do all they can to take care of there residents!! Very affordable place
