This hospital stay has been a nightmare. As a double lung and liver transplant patient with Cystic Fibrosis, I haven't been fed in a week, despite countless complaints. I can't even get a cup of coffee, and receiving my life-saving medication has been a struggle. The call button goes unanswered, the place is filthy, and the staff's lack of care is appalling. They're not even sterile when administering IV care or mediport care, they dont even wear gloves or wash their hands putting an immunocompromised patient like me at severe risk. I have to beg to even wash up, get my hair washed l.…

The nurses and the aids are awesome there's fresh baked cookies 3 or 4 times a week bingo activities overall great place to be because of the people here they care
This rehabilitation facility is one of the worst places I have ever seen. The building is dirty, poorly maintained, and does not provide the level of care that patients deserve. Staff members often ignore patients’ requests and fail to respond when help is needed. The smell inside the building is extremely unpleasant from the moment you walk through the door. The furniture is old, worn out, and in poor condition, making the environment even more depressing. Patients deserve respect, attention, and proper care, but unfortunately this facility falls far below acceptable standards. I would never…

Patients deserve respect, attention, and proper care, but unfortunately this facility falls far below acceptable standards. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you truly care about your loved one, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for rehabilitation and care. In my opinion, this facility needs major improvements in cleanliness, patient care, and overall managemen If you want your patient to die, put them in this miserable place. I would never recommend it to anyone.
This facility is dirty and smells of feces. The front line nurses and aids do the best they can with what little leadership provides. The overall feeling my family got from this facility is they are concerned only about the almighty dollar and really don’t care about the patients. For example, I would wait three or four days for a return phone call from one of the staff at falling water yet on the day I was trying to check out, the business manager was waiting for me at the front desk for our final payment. I would avoid this facility at all costs. The conditions are deplorable, and the staff is simply not supported by the ownership!! It’s a very sad situation
Was able to tour the facility and meet the staff Maureen and her staff are very well put together. Friendly and they genuinely care about you. Thank you guys
Hospital sent letter out to get bloods taken before appointment on 14th receptionist refused to book appointment as she can't see a copy of the letter on her screen. Waste of time.....
Staff are polite, yet, not that many care. Night staff like to sleep and lay about the place. A staff person on day shift informed me they caught evening shift aides at Walmart while on the clock. The food is very bland and normally arrives at your room ice cold. To call a cook here a nutritionist is dishonest. Today I've included a picture of my breakfast that I would not serve to even my worst enemies. (Cold oatmeal, a cold biscuit, and a CRUMBLED hard boiled egg they called "scrambled". I don't even eat the gross pasty yolk of hard boiled egg. The yellow crumbs are all over the plate and it's disgusting. See attached photo. I've been at this location about 3 months and I have remained kind until today. If you like seasoning, I recommend bringing your own before you come here. You may want to customize your menu, or supply your loved one with their own food, as their daily options are typically cold and lacking flavor. Wait until you see this egg. *photo included They mostly serve untoasted white bread, and frozen factory foods. The only fruit you get comes in a can. I only have one good eye and I could serve the residents better nutrition with my eyes closed. Staff will permit the smokers to occupy all the nonsmoking areas. They don't care about where to smoke. Wheelchair patients are rude. One ran over my foot and he said he was kicked out of another place. He's very rude. They removed table and chairs for nonsmokers. You only get outdoor seating if you smoke I guess. While I've been writing this, my neighbors need greater care than me. I have heard one resident screaming for help for hours. Another is non verbal, but throws fits if she doesn't get the constant attention she wants or needs. She deserves better care. With only 4 nurses per shift, they deserve better support. They don't get the help they always deserve. Another employee told me that people visiting were once allowed to tour the facility with no one to help them around the building. That seems incredibly unsafe for residents and not ethical for business.
I recently visited Falling Water, the facility is very clean, and the staff is friendly and polite.
