3.1 · 83 reviewsPLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE If it were possible to give a negative amount of stars I would. The staff was rude and unprofessional. Personal belongings disappeared. They didn't take care of my mother, left her dirty and wet. Didn't give her the right medications and when she was having chest pains they ignored her. And that's not even half of it. If you care about your family at all please don't send them here
My Dad had AMAZING care during his stay. Everyone was so kind and caring! He loved the food and the staff! From the bottom of hearts - THANK YOU!!!!
I experienced an issue that hopefully will be resolved. However, my experience with the social worker Alicia was phenomenal, she kept me updated on everything. She gave me a comfort level and peace of mind through the process. It is important to acknowledge those who care about serving others and contribute to helping us alleviate unnecessary anxiety. She was wonderful!!!

Not attentive to patients. Doctor on call is never around and needs to attend to his job.
After my back surgery, I was here for two weeks. I have no complaints at all. They deserve five stars plus one more. All the nurses are outstanding. I predictably liked one nurse and her name is Lydia. I'm having another back operation next week. And I'm goind make sure that I come back here. They're the best. And I would just like to thank the complete staff.
I've had 3 family members at Falls Village Skilled Nursing & Rehab over the years. (All needing a different level of care) I was very happy with how quickly they handled concerns I had. In the most recent visit I was able to witness more than one employee go above and beyond to ensure my uncle would have all his needs met. It was comforting knowing that he was in the hands of a truly caring staff.
Cant say enough good things about falls village. The staff is amazing, caring, joyful. The food is wonderful, kitchen prepares their own meals . Love being treated like a real person, not just a number. Will reccomend to family ans friends.
I have been so well cared for since my stay here the last 30+ days! Everyone is respectful and very friendly. The room is clean and bright and has privacy. The aides here are excellent and attentive to my needs despite the demands on their services. Nurses come in and check on my healing and general condition often. The Center is clean and well equipped with three physical therapy and one dialysis room. I have had OT and PT daily during the week and since my entry here I had the comfort of an air mattress which with my issue is a blessing! I am so glad I could avail myself of the Falls services. Although I hope I do not return for obvious reasons, I will miss all the professionals I have met here. I am quite impressed!
