4.5 · 126 reviewsRooms updated since my father was there 5 years ago. I could find staff and they were friendly and attentive. Nice sofa and chairs in the room.
My mother was in this horrible place for 3 days and I had her transferred to a different facility. Staff especially night staff either didn’t answer call lights or it would take an hour. She was left in the bathroom when she was unable to walk . Staff was rude and unhelpful. The food was terrible. Do not put your loved ones in this place!
Staff was amazing caring and compassionate. I had a few issues after surgery and they came up with a plan and I healed very nicely. Began PT the next morning and felt like the facility really cares about the progress. Clean, rooms are full of light. Excellent facility!!

My husband's experience with Flint Ridge was a good one. The staff for the most part was good; the cleanliness was awesome! We would recommend Fling Ridge to family and friends.
Today is my sister-in-law‘s birthday. When I came in, I was immediately told where I could locate her. The nurse accompanied me to the living room and called out, “Here’s the birthday girl!” She smiled and was so attentive throughout our visit. This personal touch seemed extra special to her, and it certainly was to me. Thank you, nursing staff!

Dont recommended this place at all some staff was great and u can tell they was there for patients others just there for paycheck Shouldn't have to tell staff what care patient needs it's should be told in reports daily or in there charts if they was doing them I was doing more for my family member then they was and I also helped other patients cus noone else would they sat behind desks playing on phones or hiding in empty rooms they would ignore call lights for over 10 min or more not a place I would ever put my family again not recommended it to anyone all..
