We are very happy with our experience at Florentine Gardens. The nurses, aides and therapists are caring and attentive. The entire staff, in all different positions, truly work hard to make residents feel comfortable and well cared for. You can tell the employees genuinely care about the people who live there. We are also very grateful for the business office manager and all of her help during the admission process. She went above and beyond helping us with paperwork and guiding us every step of the way. Thank you for everything!
Reflecting about the beautiful and peaceful transition my daddy Paul experienced. I am so grateful for the compassionate care he received from the Florentine Gardens and Hospice of Cincinnati teams. My dad was well cared for, supported and loved until the very end.🙏❤️🙏 My heart is full of gratitude and appreciation.❤️

Ok every time I call my auntie her phone just rings and she never answered so I call the number on the website and have it taken me to the nursing desk but it doesn't even ring it just hangs right up and unless they are on the phone with a doctor or family member there should always be a line open because I'm quite sure that not all the nurses stations are on the phone with doctors i work in a nursing home I have been an aide and laundry and housekeeper and a lot of what I see in my 35 years of work in nursing homes have been they are too busy on their cell phones or on the company phones, or hiding out in empty rooms watching TV especially when it comes to night shift.

My experience with Florentine Gardens Nursing Home has been deeply disappointing. My grandmother was left without a call button to ask for help when needed—an essential feature for her care and safety. To make matters worse, she was given items that she is not supposed to have, endangering her well-being. This lack of basic care and attention is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the facility's commitment to its residents. I cannot recommend this nursing home to anyone.
I am extremely disappointed with the care provided at Florentine Gardens Nursing Home. My grandmother's well-being was neglected in ways that are completely unacceptable. She was not provided with buttons to call for help, which is a basic necessity for any nursing facility. Additionally, she was given items that she is not allowed to have, showing a blatant disregard for her health and safety. This lack of attentiveness and care is deeply concerning and should not happen in a place trusted to care for our loved ones. I cannot recommend this facility
