I seen how they treated my Sister, getting Lawyer and filing complaints and requesting inquiry through appropriate State Agency(s). I thought it was a good place, they took care of my Dad and Great Aunt pretty well. I am hoping it's a misunderstanding and a clerical error.
Everyone was super nice and though the environment was a little chaotic they still had super good care

Absolutely terrible!!! NEVER PLACE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE...EVER!! Staff doesn't do their job and rotate patients every 2 hours. Your loved one will end up with huge, gaping wounds!!!
The staff at Galion Meadows are great. They provide quality care for my brother. They are always friendly when I visit my brother. I am truly thankful that he is at Galion Meadows.
Everyone was friendly and the place looked clean
Very nice and clean.
They never ordered wound vac supplies, until 4 days after it was needed. Neglected wound care on my foot. Would not follow orders from doctor, Causing 2 more wounds. I was on a tube feed at night. Multiple times staff wouldn't connect it. Refused to follow current med list from my doctors. Which cause ulcer pain, migraines, and restless leg syndrome. Food is terrible. I supplemented eating with microwave foods, via Walmart delivery. Most staff don't care about keeping pain med on schedule. Or they would skip meds. I could keep going, but think picture is clear. DON'T send a loved one there.
