We are truly blessed to have our loved one here at the Galion location. The staff and management are awesome!!
Everyone is very friendly and willing to help you I haven’t had any bad experiences. Very clean facility. Food is mostly government, so it is an adjustment for my Mom. Other than the food it’s a 5 star
My cousin John King says they have great food!😉and nurse Brittany has called to try and get him apptmts for foot Dr and blood work. I think they do pretty good. Shannon has helped with getting all the documents even disabled need now to go to the Dr .
This place is awful, we’re moving my grandma out of here soon. The doctor and most nurses do not take care of the residents here. It always kinda smells bad and cigarette butts on the grounds. My grandma has ended up in the hospital twice because of the lack keeping an eye on her and making sure she gets the right meds she needs. So please look somewhere else to put your loved one to live.
