Best nursing home in the state! Always looks great staff is awesome

This place must be run by the patients! They have a operator to answer phone and transfer for what reason? Nurses stations just rings and no option to leave voice mail. The director of nursing goes to voice mail and again useless to leave message no one returns calls. Can't even make sure patients get to important doctors appointments! Pathetic.. I will be filing a complaint with the state ASAP

New Management and Name as of July 2024 Previously facility names : Hyde Park Health Care Center, Gardens Of Oakley. Now as of July 2024 The Arc at Cincinnati

Most everything about this place is a nightmare.

This place deserves no stars, since they were bought again recently it really went downhill. The food was absolutely horrible, the care was hilarious the only good part was Heidi and the pt team they were amazing, we love Heidi ❤️ but as far as the rest of the staff they were subpar Daisha, Martina and Danielle even Callie the ADON were all absolutely amazing. I would not send my mom back here EVER again. She had ants and spiders in her room they did nothing even after she got a spider bite on her back. That’s not including the mold on the ceiling that they didn’t even clean they painted over it and that was it. She came home and did not have anything set up that they told her they had set up, we had to call her insurance company to have them set it up. This place is an absolute joke and I would never send my loved one there if care for them find another place because this place is going downhill and quickly at that. The pictures they put on google and their website are old the room that my mom was in had curtains that were torn and falling off the curtain rod, wallpaper peeling off of the wall as well as broken night stand. Her first room when she arrived was great then we were told that she would need to be moved up closer to the nurses station a room with carpet when it was said she needed a room with hardwood floor then she was moved to the other side because there was room with hardwood it was so small she couldn’t get in the bathroom and barely get around in her wheelchair then she was moved back to the other side after she fell and broke her hip from lack of care or attentiveness from nursing staff then after she fell she was left in her bed for a day and half before being sent to the hospital to have confirmation that her hip was broke. The last administrative staff was great especially Nate but once they left all the changes they had done were gone and so was the hope for a change. Just do the smart thing and not send your family member here.

Unprofessional to work with as a contractor. The admin named Ron Kelly refuses to pay for landscape services completed. He asked for more work to be completed in order to pay for services already done. We had to stop all services immediately.

It's a safe environment and I love my apartment. It feels like home. The staff is wonderful. I couldn't ask for a better staff. Even my aide Ms. Chris exercises with me.

We are a caring facility. We care of the well being of the residents and our staff at gardens of oak...
