3.2 · 11 reviewsThe staff at Glenmont are dedicated, kind, and compassionate. There is such a deep sense of love for individual needs and everyone works hard to ensure it is an environment for healing. My stay there was peaceful and just what I needed at the time. I do not believe that anyone who has given Glenmont 1-2 stars is a legitimate client.
A family member has been cared for here on and off, and he has always been treated with kindness and dignity by caring staff.
Very disappointed in my interaction with the office staff! Will look for another facility.

We made the difficult decision to remove our father after 189 days of residency. After speaking with staff and the HR department, it became clear that the environment was not welcoming to African Americans who are also members of the LGBTQ+ community. In the current climate of our country, this is absolutely unacceptable. Every individual deserves dignity, respect, and equal treatment — especially in a place that claims to operate with values and compassion. We have since found a new home for our father where he can live in peace, safety, and without judgment. Unfortunately, that place is not one of faith.
I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent interaction with your HR personnel. The individual I spoke with was unprofessional, poorly informed, and demonstrated a complete lack of competence and respect. The conversation was unacceptable and left me with no confidence in the leadership or standards of this facility. Because of this experience, I am in the process of removing my mother from your care. No family should feel this level of frustration or disrespect when advocating for their loved one. It is deeply disappointing that a healthcare facility would allow such conduct. Frankly, we would receive better communication and professionalism from a retail establishment. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed immediately.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. The management seems nice at first but then turn on you. I would not recommend this location for any services. Do your research on the actual people managing this place.
I love this place cats we’re having fun with raccoons it was great but my daughter got pregnant in there I think it was pastor.
