4.1 · 104 reviewsI went on a tour and I was impressed how clean the Facility was and how friendly the staff was. Thanks Harmony Court for keeping the place comfortable for the residents.
The staff was very friendly and out going (Rosie & Tara) answered all my questions I had in regards to my ex spouse's care.I believe after 2 months, 4 different hospitals and or other rehab facilities he is at the right place finally.Keep up the great work everyone at Harmony Court Rehab and Nursing.
I am very pleased with Harmony Court. The staff were very friendly, very willing to help. Also it touched my heart as I talked with my daughter that is staying there, I ask her how did she like it there, she replied with a smile stating I am very happy. The staff treat me good and the meals taste great. The food is good and the room is clean I’m very happy.

Friendly staff.
Kitchen nasty, poor food temps, mildew and mold in dry storage area. Dish area mildew dirty broken dishes. Expired un labeled food on refrigerator and freezer! Food left out over night still served to residents the next day! Old stale sandwiches are served to residents on daily bases cause of food shortage due to lack of ordering and menus getting swamped out! Renals getting foods they shouldn't. Kitchen is definitely health hazard! Lack of direction lack of seriousness about residents diets and restrictions!!!! No clean dishes no clean cookware dead roaches in dishes clean or dirty. Everything dirty from the kitchen walls to the utensils they use to serve the food..

Moving to Harmony Court was the best choice we could have made. Between the caring staff, vibrant activities, and beautiful surroundings, our days are filled with comfort and fulfillment.
Convenience is a big plus—shopping centers, medical offices, and local parks are just minutes away. Having everything within easy reach means more time for the things that matter most.
