4.5 · 28 reviewsMy mom is a new resident of Haven Home. We couldn’t be more happy with her care. Haven Home is a small, intimate place that personalizes care. The owners are kind and you can see that they really care about the residents. We are so fortunate to have found Haven Home.
Could not have picked a better place for my mom who just passed away on January 18 at 101 years old. She was loved and cared for by the staff til the end. I feel as though they my family. I would recommend Haven Home to anyone. Patti Conley.
My mom was in a big, beautiful, and expensive facility in another state. It just wasn't a good fit for her, plus I needed to move her close to me. I had 2 friends whose moms were in Haven Home, and they highly recommended the facility. I moved Mom to Ohio, and she spent the last 7 years of her life there. It was very good fit for her, and the staff worked well with us on managing Mom's difficulties, including during COVID. Those big, beautiful, and expensive places, with lots of amenities, may be a good fit for some seniors, but if your loved one would be better in a small facility, consider…

I had 2 friends whose moms were in Haven Home, and they highly recommended the facility. I moved Mom to Ohio, and she spent the last 7 years of her life there. It was very good fit for her, and the staff worked well with us on managing Mom's difficulties, including during COVID. Those big, beautiful, and expensive places, with lots of amenities, may be a good fit for some seniors, but if your loved one would be better in a small facility, consider Haven Home.

Did a tour yesterday, and was not impressed with the place. It's kinda of a converted house and very dark and depressing.
The small home setting was perfect for the couple we had to place. We felt the warmth and coziness of The Haven Home. They have adequate caring staff and someone is with them 24 hours - 7 days a week.
My mom's wedding band was "lost," her handmade quilt was shredded to tatters, she was left in the bathroom as long as 45min without supervision, a ceramic piece her mother made was broken when put IN A DISHWASHER, on more than one occasion I noticed feces under my mom's nails or on her clothing, and the visiting podiatrist they use doesn't do anything. The only positive things I can say are that they are more reasonably priced than most facilities, the food is fine, the facility is well kept, and a few of the aides genuinely care. The office manager & owners are unscrupulous & unreliable. If moving out mid-month, do not expect to get your rent pro-rated despite what they say.
I love Haven Home! Please consider them as an alternative to the big facilities. There's much more individualized care and it's less expensive. The staff is wonderful, they treat the residents like family. I can't say enough!
My mother resided at Haven Home for 4 years. While there, she received amazing care. My 4 siblings and I were treated like family when we visited. The staff was always willing to work with us for the individual care my mom sometimes required. We highly recommend Haven Home for personalized care in a family atmosphere.
