4.0 · 15 reviewsI'm totally disgusted with Hearth and Home of Urbana. I spent over $[removed] for 65 days of care. The food was unbelievably poor, I ate with my wife several times, it was deplorable. The nursing staff was okay. Everything was way overpriced.
We were able to visit and tour the facility yesterday (11/2/23), looking for a place for our Dad. The facility was extremely nice and the residents all appeared to be happy and well taken care of. Patty was very helpful and pleasant to meet with, unfortunately due to Medicaid the facility wasn't a fit for our Dad. Thanks again Patty for your kindness and help accordingly to our needs. Sincerely, The McClintock Family
We toured Hearth and Home Urbana during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility was okay, but they were kind of high pressure and we felt more at home at the other facility that we were looking into. We decided to go with the other facility for our loved one.

We picked this community, because of the location. I'm disappointed about the cleanliness of the room but most of the workers are great.
My family and loved one had a great experience with the community. The staff are kind, caring, and helpful. Everyone is friendly. There are meals and activities for the residents to enjoy. Overall, this is a community I would recommend to others for their loved ones.
My loved one was here for respite care, for 30 days. I would recommend to other families, if their loved one needed respite care.
Their in house staff, especially first shift are horrible. And the kitchen lady talks about the residents and staff and starts drama in front of the residents. Nobody wants to be an environment like that.
Fantastic customer service. It has been a really great place for my father. I could not be happier
