4.6 · 18 reviews5 on all categories. I experienced good communication, [name removed] care was great, wonderful homey atmosphere, appropriate activities for the residents. The place is pricey, however I did learn the price was in line with most facilities in our area. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families!
Dad passed on [date removed] we were very pleased with all your help and have told many friend and family to use your resources. We loved the family care at Hearth and Home they treated our dad as if he was their own family. We were so surprised when a couple of the ladies came to his memorial service
I am always happy to recommend Hearth and Home for the care we received before, during and after the time when Steve was cared for. They cared about both of us in this difficult time. [name removed] does an amazing job. Thank you.

Wonderful building structure, the environment has a homey feel, staff are patient kind and caring people. The activities are appropriate for all of the clients. All of everyone’s combined responsibilities and efforts allowed me to be comfortable leaving my spouse in their care.
Hearth and Home at Van Wert is a very welcoming group. [name removed] is an outstanding administrator in all ways. My brother was in a small studio here and it was ok in size, he wanted to move to a larger studio but they did not have any available. I would Definitely recommend this facility. My brother liked it there - he only wanted to move from Van Wert to Celina because it is his hometown.
There were nice people at Hearth & Home At Van Wert. However, they got you in, and then they kind of raised the rate right away. We had a lot of problems with it because they were trying a new thing and it didn't work out. My mom was there for over a year. The staff were really good. Mom just loved them, but there were a lot of turnovers over there. They had good food for her to eat. She is on a special diet, and they made sure that she had everything she needed. They always had something going on or they helped her out with what she needed. They have courtyards and a beauty shop. They were able to take them to appointments and things like that, too.
Overall we think Hearth & Home do a really great job, and we just love them. Based on our experience so far we would certainly recommend them to other families.
I think they do a very nice job. The staff are friendly and great at solving any problems that may arise. We have talked to a lot of people who have had their loved ones in here as well and they all say the same things which is reassuring. I am very pleased with their services and would most definitely recommend hearth and Home to others.
