Nestled in Painesville, Ohio, it offers a warm, welcoming environment with a more personal feel than larger facilities. The longevity of the staff speaks volumes about their dedication and the quality of care provided to residents. I’ve also had the pleasure of getting to know Brooke in admissions and marketing and look forward to a continued partnership with her and the Homestead II team. I highly recommend for anyone looking for quality care in a welcoming environment.
Avoid at all costs putting your loved ones in this rehab nursing center. The nurses aides are the worst and are NOT available after midnight. Will NOT answer your call light. They must all find a spot to hide out, sleep or put on their fake eyelashes. Terrible service. Much better places out there than this nightmare.
Clean facility. Residents well cared for.

A great building with an awesome team!
Homestead II Mingle Jingle event was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely excited to make the event special for the families attending. Santa was fantastic—warm, engaging, and so convincing that my kids were completely enchanted. He took his time with each child and made the experience feel truly magical rather than rushed. The overall atmosphere was festive, well-organized, and perfect for families. My kids had an amazing time, and I will be looking forward to this event next year 🎄✨
I’m a retired Organization Development consultant. OD is the study of human dynamics in the workplace, helping groups function well together. The culture at Homestead ll is the best I have ever seen. My son is in Homestead ll. I have been here a week. The people who work here are amazing. They function like a loving family, working with people who are not at the best stage of life. The staff is extremely kind and always helpful. They have made the difficult job of sitting with my dying son calmer and saner. Thank you to each and everyone of you. Eileen Palmer
Very friendly atmosphere with wonderful staff!
DO NOT SEND YOUR RELATIVES TO THIS FACILITY. My relative was brought to this facility immediately following a long hospital stay. During said stay, my relative underwent a procedure that requires attentive medical after-care. If not paid attention to and handled properly, the end result leads to massive infection quickly followed by death. The staff here apparently understood this initially, however during my relative's first 12 hours at this facility, i visited and noticed that there was massive medical emergency being completely ignored by the facility staff. If it were not for my personal intervention, this issue would have continued to have gone ignored and would have lead to my relatives quick death. In short, the staff at this facility are all insanely unqualified, unprofessional, and realistically speaking, they all need to be investigated for patient negligence and this facility needs to be shut down immediately.
