Okay for the most part...but when it comes to unemployment compensation..been denied once guess will try again bc I need the help during this hard time especially loosing a sister inlaw very close to me... I need the help to get back on my feet...Hope it changes
Over work and mistreat their staff. Mistreat patients. Force staff to work even when they have made contact with positive cases of the coronavirus. They don't pay staff properly, as in just never give them all of their hours worked, no holiday pay (even though they say they will get it. ) This place needs shut down.

A woman claiming to be a nurse at your facility made several incendiary, racially charged, violent statements that are receiving quite a bit of social media attention. Is this behavior indicative of your staff and facility? I would be very leery of leaving a friend or loved one in the care of people who employ someone so careless.
The care for the most part is what you would expect from a nursing facility. Its Thanksgiving and they have nothing for the residents who's families couldnt be with them to do aids are about to leave and there is no activity director on site. As a former activity director I am very upset that I walked into this place and the energy is just not there it's the holiday season how and where is the celebration. Well when I took my job I was extremely selfless and I can't just walk away it's going to be me and this piano if nothing but for a few minutes just to make these people feel happy and in good spirits.

My wife (age 72) has been a resident at Lancia Villa for over a year mostly with physicql problems and some .slowly developing dementia, Prior to this she had been a patient at various other long-term care facilities for rehab. in Ohio and West Virginia. One in particular, in Ohio, she had been a rehabilitaion patient on four different occasions. Based on these past experiences she and I are very happy that we chose Lancia Villa for a permanent nuirsing home. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. I can not say enough about the wonderful staff of nurses and aides. The quality of care here is far and above any other place she had been..I can talk freely with the nurses and administrative staff. We are all on first name basis.. At the other places, I was ignored or they were too busy to answer questions. Due to this wonderful ability of interaction and total lack of interaction elsewhere, I am proud to give Lancia Villa Royale Nursing Home a FIVE (5) star rating..!!
