3.1 · 58 reviewsI have never been in a nursing facility so polished polite and prepared to serve and it was 6:32pm when I arrived to see #405. Usually that shift is lazy unfriendly (at other nursing homes that I have experienced) and non cordial. It was beautiful with beautiful acting staff. My mom just died at Laurels of Kettering so it was refreshing for me to see a place like this after that experience. God bless you all - keep up the good work. Sycamore trails took care of my Uncle Roger during his final days of life. They did a wonderful job, he was always clean and tended to. While his family was there, they took care of us as well, they would often check to see if we needed anything. A special shout out to his aide Amirrah, we absolutely loved her!! She swooped right in with various distraction techniques when he started wandering and as he declined she easily transitioned to making sure he was comfortable. We thank you all so much for your kindness and care!!
This place is a house of neglect. The food they are serving the residents tastes like nutraloaf.

We had a fantastic experience with Sycamore Trails during my father-in-law’s stay here. The facility itself is top-notch and the staff is incredible. They are so kind and attentive. They made sure he loved his stay from start to finish. It’s stressful to find a place you can trust loved ones to and this one is it. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best in care for their loved ones.
Worst place to go or entrust the care of your family members. They rarely change the bedding or offer a shower. If you are diabetic, they feed hi carb meals. Stay away from this facility!!!;
Under new leadership, I have seen substantial positive changes in this facility and its care. It recently had a survey completed by the state and recieved zero citations. This is a testament to the standard of care, cleanliness, and customer service you can now come to expect under the new ownership.
I recently toured this community and it is a very nice building inside and out! I've seen such a positive change under new ownership! Great job to the entire team!
My father was here for a short term rehab stay after a fall at home. He was very weak and barely walking when he admitted. At the end of his stay he was able to walk around the facility and discharge home. He genuinely enjoyed the staff and the caring and compassion they showed.
