Doesn’t listen to your problems which has always been a problem for women in general but espically women of color .Destiny at the front desk laughed at my mother when she checked in . Doctor didn’t believe her . The last time she came they asked if she was on drugs . My mother has NEVER done drugs in her life. This doctor also sighed before he came in the room . Just be safe who you’re giving your life to or health issues.to God bless .

This was my fathers 2nd follow up. This doctors office (cardiology) should be ashamed of the way the front desk staff greet and treat people during the check in process. Very rude, short, don't even look at the person they're checking in! My father is hard of hearing, then the girl acted upset that she had to reoeat herself, multiple times. Maybe if she would look at the person she was talking to, even a hard of hearing person would understand the 1st time! Then as the girl called him back, she talked to him as he was headed to the scale, behind him. Once in room, they very quickly told him to get on the table and to pull his shirt up for an EKG! Very fast and pushy with no explanation as to why. Usually one would say, welcome, we're going to have you sit up on the table because the doc wants you to have an EKG. The whole thing was very uncomfortable for him. Then instead of looking at him, after being told he was hard of hearing, she yelled the questions, from across the room or during the ekg, once again, not directly speaking to him. He's been to this office twice now and both visits have been awful. It seems all they are worried about is getting people through the doors. No respect for the people/patients themselves. We will never take another family member to your hospital.
I do not recommend the Dialysis Center at LMH. Your qctual health, concerns nor comfort are any if the staffs concerns. They are uncaring of what the patient has to endure. The nursing staff talks about each patient to the other staff within view and earshot of patients. They humiliate the patients and are not concerned about the patients comfort in the least, which SHOULD be their first conern. In fact, one nurse actually stated to another patient, "Oh just buck up honey, it's not that bad." I have tried to work with Administration for years to resolve this issue and retrain the nursing staff but to no avail. If you experience this issue, I encourage you to report your issues to the Ohio Hospital Assn and NIAHO, the Hospital Accrediation Board. May God Bless those of you living with this disease.
