The staff is always so kind! Lots of new management that is going to do great things. Ashley in marketing is awesome!!

My mom has bed bugs right now in room 213 and they won’t do anything about it she’s been asking them for help she’s covered head to toe in holes literal bed bug bites and they won’t do anything to help her: I’m stuck at the YWCA in Hamilton and she can’t come live with me or I’d take her home with me it’s an insult to have my mom covered in bug bites like this. You are dishonoring our country and humankind by allowing this negligence. I have contacted ombudsman but they are doing little to nothing as is pro-seniors. Imma find a lawyer and sue them I guess. This isn’t right. They can’t just continue to allow my mom to be bitten alive. They don’t give these old folks anything, they take everything from them, then they mistreat them. I wish hell upon all who casually sit by and let this happen.

Clean. Food is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Love my cute little one bedroom apartment. Great experience overall.
If you care anything about your loved ones, please do not choose this care for they do not provide care. Your loved ones will have to fend for their self. They do not get baths they leave trays in rooms. Went to see my loved one and he had breakfast , lunch tray still in his room and he was eating his dinner tray. Urinal filled up with urine not emptied. I could keep going on about the negativity with This place awful 🤬
Very clean. Lots of activities for the seniors to do. Amy, the activities director does a great job with the decorations and activities.
