3.3 · 61 reviewsThey put me in the worst bed I've ever been in my life. I couldn't sleep at all. I was awake for 30+ hours straight. and hurt so bad I tried to commit suicide. They then transferred me to another facility without my knowledge or consent which I'm pretty sure is illegal. Just another money hungry place that puts making money over their residents.
My Aunt is here and I am here only living relative she has living that is in constant contact with. My Aunt has dementia and she is also mentally handicapped. The nursing home tells me one thing but does another. They are in control of her finances. They call me to go over her care plan but that plan is never done. We just had an incident with her choking and she had to be resuscitated and hospitalized. She gets choked easily and was supposed to be on soft foods, so how does one get choked on a chicken bone. The woman is clearly not of sound mind and the hospital knows this but the nursing home is telling me she can make her own decisions. Because I am a niece I can't do anything. I need help and do not know what to do or if I can do anything to be over her health care choices. One time I visited and her clothes was laying in the bottom of her closet (not folded ). I have sent packages to her with new clothes and house shoes & jewelry but when she calls me and tells me her stuff is missing. You ask staff and they have no idea. I do think this nursing home is a lower class home taking advantage of it's residents or not really caring about the residents daily activities and making sure other residents aren't taking advantage of my aunt.
How wonderful of CCH Healthcare to purchase this facility on Jan1. This community needs this facility to be great, and CCH has shown they can do it with their history!! When in there the other day the residents were happy, advocates were happy, and things were moving from a remodel and rehab stance. Kudos to CCH for taking this facility and turning it to what it always should have been for the community!

Under new management! CCH is a great company and is well known in Cincinnati! They are starting renovations and revamping the building. The staff are warm and welcoming. Some of which have been there for many years. They are incredibly caring and wonderful with the residents.
The most disgusting place I’ve ever seen my daughter work at. She comes home daily with pictures and sad because they do not take care of their residence. She reports residents that aren’t doing well and the next day he finds out they’ve died. I am thankful to have such a loving daughter that I know I will never be put in a a facility like this. Upper management treat their employees like they’re less than them. She has told me that the residents sit in their diapers all day long they are not showered, and the beds are filthy. Never changed unless she did it so if you were reading this, please do not send your loved ones to this place. It doesn’t even deserve one star
Great reception from employees that I met they were helpful and very customer friendly
This was my first time visiting but i thought it was very clean, but definetly needs some cosmetic work like some paint and maybe some updates. The staff was friendly and my friend was happy to be there so i give this a 8 out of 10 .
BEWARE THEY DONOT PAY THERE BILLS
