Mapleview Country Villa

If you love your family do not send them to Mapleview. I’m not even sure that I would send my worst enemy there. I am absolutely disgusted with how my sister was treated there. The staff absolutely does not take care of them. They’re not getting their medicine on time they’re not getting bathed regularly. And just treated completely disrespectful not even like a human. God forbid you wet the bed or vomit. You’ll be treated disrespectfully and with an attitude. It will take them forever to get to you to even get you cleaned up. Hell, you might get the towel thrown at you and told to clean up your own mess. I’m DISGUSTED!!! Was sent to Mapleview to get better and was taken out and drove to the ER by family because they could care less to even get the care she needed. You really need to look into your disrespectful staff. More concerned with having conversations with each other and being on their cell phone phones . Since when is it OK to roll your eyes and give somebody an attitude because you are their care giver. Shut this place down!

This is a beautiful 100 bed facility with a secured dementia unit. All rooms are private with private bathrooms and showers. Many different activities are offered each day to keep the residents busy. The team here is so helpful and knowledgeable with any needs or questions you may have. I recommend this place to everyone!

This place is AMAZING! Let me explain. I moved a loved one here. They were in several different facilities over the last 1.5 yr. because of different surgeries at different hospitals. This place is CLEAN! I would struggle to keep anything at my home as clean as the room my parents is in. This is old school navy clean. The staff. They are not standing around on their phones. They smile. And it's real. I have watch some staff as I come down halls. They don't see me coming the residents are happy to see them. They smile at each other. They speak to each other like they are relatives. The staff has all been amazing! The staff is very nice! My parent is actually able to relax and try and heal. I was told by my parents today when I visited them that they were "shocked" they had not heard a single staff member yell or be short with any resident." And because of the other facilities I pay attention.. but not only to what the staff say when you're there but how do the other residents respond when they see them or speak to them and I am happy to say that the staff I have observed have always spoken to residents with kindness and respect. The response time. Holy cow. They are not top of it. Like never have we gone 5 mins or longer. Ever. Any shift... When they say I'll check on that or I need to go grab that. They do that and come right back to the room. They are so kind and helpful you almost start feel bad when you do have to ring or ask for something. They are that good. Every last one of them! No matter what department you work with they are helpful and kind. You know how each home has a few really really good people and then a bunch of people who should not be in healthcare? You ever say I wish I could find a place that was just the good staff.... This is it! From admissions to the drivers to the super nice receptionist. this is all the good staff the other places have lacked. I have, for the first time in a long time, not had to be worried or wondering if my parent was receiving the best care that can be expected. I now am confident they are.

Mapleview Country Villa's entire staff was attentive and friendly from their in house management on down through their nursing assistants. Accommodation and cleanliness is a priority at the facility. The homes overall atmosphere is mindful of resident's needs and one of warmth. Having experienced the common place lack of compassion and care at other nursing/rehab facilities, Mapleview Country Villa was a "breath of fresh air". The entire physical therapy staff was exemplary in treatment of my wife's needs and dramatically improved her physical condition under their care and oversight. The only dissatisfaction was the lack and quality of staffing over weekend shifts. Mapleview Country Villa is strongly recommended upon having stayed there on three separate occasions for the care of my wife.
