This place is a joke. Do not send your loved one here they will not be treated well and they will not care for them. They will kick your family member out and not even let you know. They will start rumors. Just not a good place for a family member.
Do not put your love ones here. Very incompetent staffs! Management should be fired!
Worst nursing rehabil that I have been in. This place is filthy, staff doesn't know simple requests, they have 3 people in one room which is overcrowded the people don't need even get out. Food is awful its inhumane to treat elders in that manner
I want to thank the marvelous staff at Monarch Nursing and Rehab. The Occupational, and Physical Therapist were beyond reproach. The Nurses, and the aids here are in my opinion, the best of the best. I hope that I NEVER have to go to a facility again, but if I do, it will be Monarch skilled nursing and rehab. Again thank you so very much for the excellent care.
I do not recommend you put any of your family members in this home. My aunt was suffering from such a bad UTI that she has lost most of her kidney functions. I ended up having to override the doctor at the facility and call the squad where they sent her straight to ICU. After calling for weeks and reporting to both the doctor and DON, that something was wrong, I was ignored and told she was fine.
Great staff and very clean facility.
At first I was thinking worse case scenarios being flirty and needing a nursing home assignment for physical therapy. This place is actually really nice. The staff are nice, the food better then than the hospital. It’s quiet unlike the hospital. Very clean, quiet, professional, and extremely friendly staff from the cleaners to the medical staff. An excellent place to go have physical therapy and speech therapy. Tho the youngest person here even the permanent residence we’re helpful when helping me understand type two diabetes! I hope I don’t got to go back, but if I did, I would have zero problems with coming back. I feel as if I am a lot smarter coming here vs going home after this last trip to the ER for going into DKN and having seizures and type two diabetes . If y out find yourself in the similar situation and therapy is an option even tho it’s kinda far away from my home in Columbus it well worth it and I highly recommend you that you talk to your clinic or hospital once you have your paperwork ready to process out Yes they take care source!
My Dad is in the assisted living building and enjoys his studio apartment. The staff is very caring to him. The couple issues we had were immediately taken care of by the new manager Chuck H. Monarch is lucky to have him!
