Louisville Gardens partnered with Crossroads Hospice to care for our brother during his final days. Everyone on their team - their nurses, maintenance staff, aides, and administration were very compassionate, helpful and supportive. They even worked to provide a private room for our brother due to his circumstances. They made a difficult time easier. Their day nurse - Doug - was awesome and did everything to make my brother's passing more peaceful.

I can truly say my father has been blessed to be at this amazing nursing home. He was extremely nervous about being in a nursing home but everyone's kindness and helpfulness cured that. I can not thank the staff , physical therapy, Admissions director, nursing staff and activities director he absolutely has a blast. Sincerely Ken & Robbie Meredith
My great grandpa is there for rehab. He really loves it. The therapy department is amazing. Thanks for helping him get better so he can come home.
I truly enjoyed my time there. Shilo was a great administrator and I would go back in a heartbeat if life took me out that way again.
friendly employees , friendly residents , great food ! there is lots for us to do here while rehabbing! They give us nightly snacks! I would absolutely recommend this facility for your family member ! Nurse Amy is the best!
